The decor! The friendliness! The food! These are all the reasons that one should stop by Cooper Street 20/20. When I first walked in, I was captivated by the decor and artwork. It is so colorful and eclectic. I love artsy things so of course I was impressed. This is a unique place. Mainly because the food comes straight out of the freezer, but it is home-cooked and made with love and passion. If the owner is there you will see what I am talking about. She gets excited about telling costumers how long she's been making an item. I had the Italian Spinach. You can taste the freshness in every bite. I also had the Cowboy Crackers. They are made with Olive Oil and some other spices. I am guessing she backs them to lock the taste in, they are good as well. Another unique thing about this place is that she supports other local vendors in the city. I had the Cayenne Crunch Walnuts. They are mixed with raisins and has a sweet and spicy flavor (which I like a lot), but if you don't like spice they have the regular kind as well. Cool Spot! This will now be my spot to stop for a healthy, yet delicious treat!

Last night we served the eggplant lasagna to dinner guests at our home. All 6 guests raved about it and asked for seconds. Really wonderful! I wish we had leftovers for me to eat today! We've also had several excellent soups in the past.

I have been frequenting a casserole store in East Memphis for months but yesterday found this gem online! I went in and stocked my freezer! Spanikopita, fettucine, beef pot pie with humanely raised beef, homemade borscht, and more! The service was quick and friendly (it's just a couple- Kathy and Steven (Stephen?) and they seem like wonderful folks!) I let the pot pie and spanikopita sit on the counter for a few hours (instead of thawing overnight) and stuck it in the oven for 35 minutes- DELICIOUS!!! You can taste the time and effort they take to make this stuff! and the high quality ingredients. I will be going here from now on, and the prices were actually even better than the other casserole store--- but much better ingredients! Love it.

Check them out! Freezers full of entrees ,side dishes and deserts made on sight. Take them home and pop in oven....splendid.

my favorite place to grab the yummiest of all foods. I'm vegetarian and they offer a great variety . it's a warm and friendly place. Stephen is super and I love going in just to chat...of course I never leave empty handle!!
