I came to this shop with my daughter and I came back literally because the customer service was so good. They are so kind and friendly. The cupcakes are really amazing too. A great price and lots of options. Anytime I am in this part of Memphis, I plan to hit this little shop.

Super friendly server who clearly cares about his cupcakes, I had a brownie with ice cream which was to die for & my partner had a chocolate and peanut butter cupcake. Both were very impressive and well worth the price, not to say that it is expensive here because it really isn’t. If you are visiting memphis I would highly recommend coming here for a sweet treat pick me up.

Stopped in yesterday afternoon while walking my dog down Main St. The gentleman working immediately waited on me, explaining the cupcake-bar concept. I ordered a red velvet cupcake with cream cheese icing and a sprinkle of chocolate chips. It was huge (I ate some and refrigerated the rest for a snack later today!) and delicious! I spied some brownies in a display on the counter, so ordered one of those, too. He explained that since they were left over from the weekend, it was on the house. Had a few nibbles (saving the rest for later) and it was delish as well. So glad I stopped!

We loved the cupcakes and appreciated the cupcake bar concept that allowed us to customize our cupcakes with various icing flavors and toppings instead of chosing from limited, premade options. Thankfully, the cupcakes did not have that generic bakery flavor or texture. The lemon icing had a wonderful lemon flavor as opposed to the hint of lemon found in other lemon icings and the chocolate icing was definitely in my top 3. I'm glad we were able to visit before we left Memphis!

Let's start with the inside of the building it was SO CUTE! Definitely a CUTIE! The owner, Mr. Robert is very friendly and helpful. He told us he has been in business for 19 years and I know exactly why! These cupcakes and brownies are delicious. The cupcakes are huge and he has a cupcake bar. You can pick your icing and toppings and customize your cupcake to your liking. A must try for all your dessert needs!

Sweet tooth?..... Well look no further!I have been going to Cupcake Cutie for a little over 2 years now. I was looking for someone to make my daughters birthday cake and stumbled across cupcake cutie. Cupcake cutie took the idea that i was going with and delivered a frozen cake one year and the nest year a barbie cake. They have exceptional customer service. The sweets are flavorful. Now my personal favorite item on the menu is the SINnamon Roll. Lets not forget to mention that the owner is wonderful and his family that works with him are wonderful as well. I would recommend anyone to stop by check this place out and to definitely grab some sweets.

I’ll let you know my order first. I bought one brownie, a vanilla cupcake with strawberry frosting, a strawberry cupcake with vanilla frosting, and a red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting. I was disappointed! The size of the cupcakes are great. The vanilla cupcake tastes good but the strawberry frosting was not great and overpowering. The strawberry cupcake was not great and the vanilla frosting was worse, the worst frosting of them all. The red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting was the only thing that was good overall. The brownie was a good size but it was so dry, milk didn’t help it. Warming up the brownie was no use either.Unfortunately, I will not be back.

Me and my husband love this place and we brought 6 cupcakes. I had the pleasure of ordering a chocolate cupcake with caramel and pecans which was amazing but the frosting was way too much and thick. A thinner frosting would be better but all in all they was amazing and I highly recommend
The cup cakes are amazing! I take everyone I can by this place. You can even order gluten free. The gluten free are hitting too. I go crazy with the topping and what I call the magic glitter. The glitter makes me smile like a kid.

I was in Memphis yesterday for my birthday. Was just walking by, and a sign said cupcakes caught my eyes. A pleasant gentleman said we have cinnamon buns as well. So I went into this cute little bakery, and fail in love. With being able to build my own cupcakes, to the BEST cinnamon bun AKA sinabun & brownies I've ever eaten. So now I'm back home in North Carolina, trying to figure out, how often I can go to Memphis just to get a cinnamon bun and brownies. Not only was the food good, but the customer service received from the owners was absolutely amazing felt like eating dessert with your family. I definitely will be coming back to Memphis and coming to cupcake cutie.

I believe it was the owner, Robert, if I'm not mistaken, was such a great a hostess and the cupcakes were so moist and flavorful! Date of visit: August 9, 2023We spotted this little shop on our walk over to the Peabody Hotel to check out the ducks and made a point to swing back through on the way back to our hotel and are glad that we did.The cupcakes are essentially Build Your Own. Select your base (strawberry, lemon, vanilla, etc.) and then pick your icing (peanut butter, chocolate, so on and so forth), and then a topping such as peanut butter chips or coconut. I would have appreciated a little better signage for the toppings and icings, but the price for these was not bad and best of all, the cupcakes were very good.I went with a vanilla cupcake, covered in peanut butter icing and topped with peanut butter chips. Seemed like I got the last of the chips so my timing was good!

We were walking by after a day at the Civil Rights Museum, and the owner was out front grilling, and invited us in.My wife and I loved the cupcakes. She had a strawberry cake with lemon icing and gold glitter. I had the Oreo cupcake with butter crepe icing and black&white chocolate chips.The cake was perfect: moist without being clumpy, fluffy without being dry. And the butter creme icing hit every pleasure nerve in my brain! I can't wait to go back to Memphis just for more of these cupcakes!!!
