don't listen to these other reviewers they're all fake people who the company pays to make good reviews this is the worst Dixie Queen I've. ever. been. too. There's an employee on night shift with horrible attitud and to top it off they can even make your order right. youll be walking out with half the things you paid for then you'll have to spend the line because they refuse to give you what you paid for. literally go to any other dixie queen. this one is not worth your time, energy or even money. stop supporting a fast food chain whos employees make it their mission to ruin your orders.

I’m overwhelmed with joy! I came through the drive through on a Monday after. Ashley,( the customer service rep.) took my order and greeted me soooo politely! She confirmed my order and had the most pleasant attitude(which is rare at Dixie Queen). The food is always good , but in regards to cust. service, they need Ashley at every location!

Whoever was at the window around 3 goin on 4:O’clock had the best customer service I’ve seen in a while her and her team followed directions as I asked for my food to be crispy which I appreciate bc not everyone take their time to fulfill requests like that as i experienced before I’m only vouching for the shift I spoke of shouts out to y’all.

Never again and not a grain of salt on my fries ? I clearly asked for and was charged for extra strawberries. Mfa look vanilla to me !! I should’ve just went with my 1st mind . “AIRWAYSSS !!!! “ Take that 5 mins drive and save you some trouble!

First off the only reason why I even drive over is bc they are literally across the St from where I live now and my daughter likes some things from over there, secondly the gigantic pothole in the entrance of the drive thru is extremely annoying, and third the customer service is and has ALWAYS been piss poor . It's not where you work but how you work. Do better Black owned business

I’ve been sitting the drive thru since 5:45am and here it is 7:05am and they are saying that they’re not open. Why are y’all 24 hours and not open. And the lady in drive thru saying that they aren’t taking orders. I asked why because I’ve been sitting here. She stated she didn’t care. And walked off. This is very unprofessional.

I ordered the honey hot wing combo. The wings were very good. I definitely recommend. There was a little wait but I did go late at night so that was understandable and the food was fresh so that's all that matters. The customer was good.
