My pizzas were overcooked. The pizzas was brunt and not completely cut. I did not get my 2 liter drink. The pasta was perfect. I will never order again.

I live 10 min from this location and yet it took 50 mins to receive a cold pizza! How does this happen???♀️ It was to be delivered @4:25pm 03/08 and I finally received it @ 5:19pm mind you I places the order at 4:09pm!! I wish I could give negative stars because the food wasnt even hot....??♀️

On hold for over 45 minutes trying to cancel and order. Used the hotel phone to also talk to someone and then person hung up on me 2x. The driver showed up and then refused to take the pizza that we tried to cancel. Horrible customer service!

It’s a Dominoes …. But this store actually put a hint of sugar to sauce to take bitterness away. I’m 75, from Chicago . I know Pizza. This it not pizza. This is Domino’s, with only one delivery man . Waited 1.5 hours . Call service speaks garbage …. Not even close to English . Felt sorry for her sitting I Viet Nam talking to mad customers… “ where’s my pizza”

My pizza and cheese bread wasn’t fully cooked had to put it back in the oven , I had strings of brown hair EMBEDDED in my chicken , baked in! Once I noticed it I called and was on hold for 45 minutes before I just hung up , never spoke to anyone . Will never go to this location again and do not recommend .

I have never had so many problems with a dominos before. Every time I order here I have issues. I never get my order on time, my food is never hot. Tonight my food was cold. Not cool... cold. I also didn't get a whole pizza from my order. I was on hold for an hour just to get a refund on the pizza I didn't get and then I was hung up on. Then called again and waited another 30 minutes just to get hung up on again as soon as I started to speak. This will absolutely be the last time I order from this Dominos.

Placed an online order on 1/18 for delivery. Food was not delivered. I called on several occasions, but no one answered. My credit card is still showing the final charge, and they wont even pick up the call to fix it.
