“Have always used the app to order. We have ordered from this location, EP Blvd, 5 times and every time has been good. Coming from a person that worked in pizza for 5 years, the pizzas are made perfectly. Toppings and sauce are evenly spread out and bread is never bad. The kids that work in there are friendly and respectful.“
“It's good I usually do pick up from this location because they take so long with delivery but when you pick up it's quick man and you get there on the right time it's right out the oven the people there are usually pretty cool it seems really clean the food's always good and correct there's sometimes I wish my pizza was a little more cooked but I've always been like a crispy pizza guy so is what it is worth the money“
“Hey I am sorry guys I didn’t mean to throw it. When the manager said you already ate half of it, she sounded like I am trying get free pizza out of it which is already free from my rewards. It have pepperoni in it, and I don’t eat that meat. The employees were laughing. It is very rude.But I should not have done that, I am sorry. I came back to clean it but they didn’t accept.“
“I was a little worried because I recently moved downtown but the reviews don’t seem good. But I also did not want to drive far for pizza.I ordered mines online, nothing crazy just one thin crust pizza. At first it said it would take 40mins but I assume thats because a lot of people are in this area in general?It eventually went down to 15 mins and the delivery guy got here fast.Pizza tasted pretty good!I was expecting a dominos car but it wasn’t so I wasn’t sure if the guy was really here at first until he got out the car with my pizza.“
“Let me tell you this! I got a treat today! I tried the NEW! Pepperoni Stuffed Cheesy Bread. It was delicious!!!! It was soft, and it was soft crunchy in all the right places. It was rightly proportion with cheese and pepperoni. They drizzled butter a garlic on top. Simply magically delicious!! There's only one suggestion that I will make, that is not so much of the liquid drizzle. I dipped my PCB in some marinara sauce, which I feel should come with the meal free of charge. “I ordered on a Tuesday night - having worked at a pizza place I know better than to order on the weekend! - and my order arrived in around 30 minutes. Other reviews had me worried, but I had already ordered, so I'm glad we weren't waiting long. Food was hot & our driver Domingo was great! The only issue I had was that our dipping sauces were left out, but I understand it's easy to forget little things like that. I filed a complaint on the app and got 60 pizza points added to my account, so I'm happy!“
“I moved to the Bartlett-Raleigh area and order from the Dominoes on Raleigh-Lagrange. Every-time I’ve ordered from there, the pizza has been undercooked and disgusting.I used to order from this location right behind Sonic and the pizza was amazing EVERYTIME. I have include a picture from Dec2022 of a pizza that I ordered from this location.It saddens me to see that the quality has went down after reading recent reviews. I hope management gets it together.“
“It took the driver a longer time than I liked to deliverHowever, I was impatiently hungry and in all fairness we ordered ordered just after 11pm, so the nearly hour wait time can be somewhat justified. Plus, he was delivering to a Hotel.If that doesn't sit well with you perhaps this will. The driver was polite and friendly. The food was not only delicious it was cooked to perfection. The crust perfect. Not oily or greasy. The toppings and all were exactly as they should.“
“Exactly what you expect out of dominos pizza, not the best pie but the best pie for the price. Prepared quickly and accurately, staff were very friendly even though they were extremely busy. Probably one of the best locations I've ever visited nation wide. My son loves the loaded tots even though they are not the most cost effective purchase.“
“Yesterday evening we placed a delivery order and it was horrible.. not edible due to it being cold and soggy..I won’t go into all the details. Today after work I went back to the location spoke with a manager. She made it right. I didn’t catch her name but she made sure the order was correct and made correctly. Thank you for making it right and thank you for being understanding“
“Great customer service! I inadvertently ordered from the location (distracted while ordering from the app), and when I called to cancel, it was handled very professionally. I probably deserved some difficulty (or at least I would have understood), but the associate I spoke to was very gracious and was quick to get my order canceled (after it was made, by the way). Much appreciated!“
