I was very excited to try Ecco after hearing amazing things about it, but when I went they lost our reservation for a table, making us wait an 45 extra minutes to be seated. After that I wish it got better, but we were moved tables multiple times, the staff was rude whenever they came by our table which wasn’t very often, and the food was bland. For a restaurant with this kind of reputation I was shocked, and I won’t be back.

This place is beautiful, and the ambience is top notch. The food was plentiful and filling. I found that the food was fine, but not necessarily memorable; however, that could be attributed to my taste buds possibly being "off" after having the flu, so you be the judge of the food! I'll certainly go again because it was just so pretty and cozy and "warm-feeling," like a cozy little cottage.

The restaurant was beautiful, and the food and drinks were some of the best I’ve had in Memphis. Our server, Kevin, made sure we had excellent service the entire time, as well. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Restaurant is very loud, hard to hear your neighbors. The flavor of the food is great, however the beef stroganoff should’ve been named mushroom stroganoff as I only found maybe 3 bites of beef in a sea of thousands of mushrooms.

Being Italian I came to this restaurant with low expectations, mainly because my children wanted pasta, but instead I left satisfied.The cauliflower appetizer was delicious as were the other dishes tried. The pasta was perhaps a little too seasoned for Italian taste, but it was still well executed. Only the tiramisu was disappointing, having nothing to do with the Italian original.Kid-friendliness: There is no children's menu, but I got a whole portion of pasta which I divided for my children
