To say this place is "no-frills" is an understatement, but don't let that deter you. The food is FANTASTIC and don't get me started on the service. SO friendly. You order at the counter and then take a seat. You hear the order taker shouting out orders to the cook who responds in kind. The vibe is really great. I ordered the egg sandwich. Eggs cooked perfectly with flavorful sausage patties on Texas toast. The food is delivered to your table in styrofoam containers by friendly wait staff. Overall a great experience. Oh, and I got a T-shirt.

Order took a long time. Cashier didn’t have a pleasant attitude.I waited about 30 to 40 minutes on my order. I ordered pancakes which were bland no taste at all. And loaded hash browns they were ok.

We decided on breakfast for lunch and gave them a try. The waitress taking our order was very nice and polite. We ordered chicken and waffle, French toast and hash browns and a sausage egg cheese sandwich. The chicken and waffle were pretty dang good. The French toast was dang good and the sandwich was spot on. We will definitely be ordering from Egg King again.

I ate there one day, one time only, sadly I was extremely disappointed. I asked for a biscuit & agg sandwich. IT WAS HORRIBLE! I will eat there every again. I cannot recommend this restaurant to any one PERIOD!

At the time of my visit the Head Cook apparently was sick. He blew his nose at the grill and wiped his nose after changing his gloves. The person at the register couldn’t stay off of her phone due to social media. My waitress was really nice.
