Amazing food and amazing customer service. I've gone in there two weeks in a row now, and the 2 guys working there, Dwayne and Ken, are always incredibly friendly, talkative, and funny. They move quickly and make great sandwiches. The sandwiches are some of the best I've ever had, and for the amount of meat and toppings you get, the price is very competitive.

My husband and I just stopped in for a quick bite (2pm in the afternoon) and and enjoyed the south Philly and the Italian Beef- highly recommend.
However, I was a bit disappointed in the atmosphere of the place. The ceiling was falling down or missing in places, there was no ice available in the drink machine, and several of the tables were dirty. I’m all about supporting local but you’ve got to put a little effort into it. Sorry to be negative but I want you to be successful!

Any time I’ve called finos for a pickup order in the past few months, if they even answer the phone, they act like they are closing down no matter the time of day. What’s the point of ordering in and paying for something that gets two stars simply for having fresh meat and cheese? Bread is dry, thick and tasteless; barely any meat or cheese to speak of; a sprinkle of lettuce with “tomato and onion dressing” lacking tomato, onion, and flavor. It’s not worth the money when Fino’s has become so hit or miss. Used to be so good!!
