I frequent this establishment. There is ALWAYS great customer service, never a long wait, the prices are great, and the food is even better!!!!! I'd suggest the Hook and Ladder?Parking: Sometimes you have to park a ways down but it's worth it.

The male manger is very rude and the cashier was into her personal phone and my order wasn’t correct and instead of the manger making it right, he wanted to argue! Unexpected and unnecessary actions but I will never spend another dime in that place… I see that the Union location has went down tremendously !Dietary restrictions: I asked for no mayo but the plied that mess on so heavy

Unbelievable- I let it slide the first 4 times they left off my bacon but now I'm at my wit's end. Then every time I politely ask for bacon I end up waiting 5-10 minutes. One time I had to search down an employee to get my sandwich. These people Do. Not. Care. No wonder no one is ever in there. Plus, when I called in my order this was verbatim the words exchanged, "is that it" ... now my turn "yep, that will... click. Phone hung up. I was just hoping they got my order and really hoping they got the bacon. Do you guys just have a bacon party when ya'll close? I can almost picture this party. Please your food is good, develop customer service. It makes the community stronger and people happy.

I was in a hurry ehen I stopped by to pick a quick lunch for both of us. The place was not fully packed, and the service was okay! The Italian sub was just fine , and the meatball sub with the garlic bread was decent. Overall they were made fresh, served hot and filling for me. The place was pretty decent, and I would like to return soon.
I came in yesterday to get a sub before work. I asked them to put the tomatoes on the side because I didn't want my sandwich to get soggy. Initially they forgot to give me the tomatoes, which should have been the flag I needed, but I love tomatoes on sandwiches so I asked for them. The tomatoes I received were moldy. I won't be returning to this location & it gives me pause to visit any other location.

I enjoyed the cold Italian sandwich, it's my new favorite! I would have liked a little more meat for it being a large sandwich. Other than that it was delicious. I can't believe it was that good, on such a rainy day. I barely got there, but it was worth it. My mother also loved the hook and ladder.Wheelchair accessibility: There's some handicap parking directly in the front, where you first walk in. It's located next to a FedEx fax place.

Making online orders with this restaurant sucks. I’ve made 2 orders in a row where they’ve gotten something wrong. I tried calling them to have them change it before they made it one time and no one answered, so I ended up with cold bread and the wrong type of bread. The customer service could be wayyy better.
