The employees are enthusiastic, proud, even liking their job, at a hamburger joint ..?!?:;£%<>? . Not in my lifetime .At the midtown Five Guys , this exactly what I found .Plus , a hamburger with NO FILLERS . I grew up in the Midwest where fillers in the hamburger meat put you out of business.French fries where the farm they picked the potatoes are on the potato’s sacks that are stacked up in plain view .That’s not all , fast food chain , to increase profit use “ fake potatoes “.I’ve traveled to 48 states , 14 countries during my tour days .I’ve never seen people cutting raw potatoes and ten put them in “ fresh oil “ , drain them and salted to perfection.Chicago undoubtedly has been home to the best hamburgers and deep dish pizza .You’d have to do to Chicago to get their hamburgers .Not anymore . I can go 5 blocks away and get the best burger I’ve ever had….. BUT, what makes this midtown Memphis Five Guys so special are the people who can’t wait to see their customers take their first bite into a hamburger that the team just made . These team members are what puts the “ finishing “ touches on a unique experience…. At a simple hamburger joint .Gotta go to midtown Five Guys .I only hope the owners know how integrated the team members are here , and pay them accordingly.

This was actually a delivery order, but the food arrived hot and was fantastic. The delivery person was professional and personable. Overall, this was a very good experience.
Its Five Guys so the burger and fries are always great. But the service and the vibe of the work staff are just great. All the workers greet you when you come in and are so polite at the counter. The cooks are always laughing and joking while still being hard at work and getting order out

I dine here every week ! Your always greeted when you enter. Everyone in there is always smiling an actually enjoying life an their job ! The food is always amazing although I don't eat the mushrooms but usually get double cheese burgers all the way minus shrooms. The Cajun fries are THE BEST ? once you've had them you'll nare want another kind. They have a coke machine so the variety of flavors is huge. I normally get lunch for my Co workers as well thru the week and my orders have been correct everytime . Even when some orders are special request they're on point. So I would reccomend any and all to come try this place out. Great to take the fam too. And for quick bite for lunch or just the occasion. They won't disappoint !! Thank you 5 guys for all you do !! 0 complaints clean facility and clean rest rooms ?

I just left five guys walking to my car thinking to myself “wow what a great experience I’ve got to write a review.” I walked in and was greeted by the three guys behind the counter in a appropriate way not too loud or scripted but very friendly. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands before priding the bathroom was clean. I went to the counter and one of the guys who was actively assisting the line said “I’ll be right there as he started to walk my way.” I told him I needed a minute he was said take my time then went back to helping. When I was ready I looked up at him and he asked if I was ready and I said yes and he came and took my order. I wait a few minutes then my order was ready. Mother guy called out my order in a loud enough voice I heard him. I was moving slowly and fully expected him to place my order on the counter but he stood there until I walked up to grab it from him. He smiled at me and told me to enjoy or something along those lines. I haven’t been to a five guys in a bit but after this experience I will be back sooner than later.
