I visited this location on 04/03/24 between 5-6pm and they were extremely busy. When I say, the staff here operate as a well oiled machine all while still being kind and professional. Just had Five Guys for the first time and I must say I am impressed! The staff were very courteous and patient, the burger was deliciously charred and the toasted buns were a nice touch, with bacon that was actually crispy! The milkshake was so nice and wasn’t too thick to drink through your straw and the fries (which they were generous with) are nicely salted! Highly recommend coming here if you want a good burger made with good hospitality!

I understand they closed at 10pm but locking the door 20 minutes in front of a family coming out of the car is rude. I would’ve appreciated if she put a close sign or tell us it was closed instead of watching us take my son out of the car.

So I walk up to the counter and this apparently gender confused boy looks at me with a blank stare as if I'm an inconvenience to him.. Made me feel very unwanted & if it wasn't for my son "really wanting" a burger from here I would have kept it pushing. They shouldn't hire people who lack people skills. I mean, I guess you can lie during the interview process. SMH
