A delicious evening at Flights Restaurant & Wine Bar. The food was tasty and the waiter was informative and attentive. I would recommend it and would visit again.

I stopped in for a drink at the bar. There were 4 people tops at the bar. The bartender took 20 minutes to acknowledge us. There's no place for that type of behavior in a public restaurant. She should be fired.

A FABULOUS VENUE FOR A SPECIAL EVENTFlight recently opened a new venue less than a block from their original restaurant and my family was fortunate enough to be the first to book an event. It has everything you'd want. Historic building with tall walls painted in a neutral color. A huge mirror that reflects into the dining room. Massive curved bar. As a delightful bonus, it has an equally large courtyard illuminated by strung lights. The fountain is a beautiful addition and helps mask the street noise. The brick planters are painted white and filled with flowers/trees. All of this you will see if you take a tour. What you won't see: A coordinator that bends over backward to make sure the venue lives up to your expectations. (March Gates Palazzolo) She not only held my hand during the planning phase, she bustled around during the event to make sure everything ran smoothly. The staff. I can't say enough good things about them. So professional and friendly! Accommodating to my guests. The service was excellent! I had a little concern about whether the food would be ok since the kitchen is new to the chef. Our meals (over 50 guests) came out on time and were simply delicious. Our guests were super impressed! The chef had introduced himself prior to our event and his desire to do a great job appeared authentic. I'm grateful for such a beautiful and memorable experience and can't say enough about how impressed I was.

Amazing experience, from the moment we walked in, the hostess greeted us with a wonderful smile. We didn't have a reservation! We were told that a table would be available in about 10 minutes. The hostess noticed that my wife had a walking stick and as we wanted a table upstairs, she got another young lady to take us up with the elevator for the service and deliveries. Our waiter Luke was very knowledgeable about the food and drinks and his suggestions were tasty and plenty full. His service was very attentive and professional. We shall most definitely return before we go on to our next destination, thank you all.

My wife and I enjoyed dinner here for her birthday, and we couldn't have asked for better. The service was fast and table visits were timed just right for our liking, with a careful rearrangement of our silverware each time there was a shift in plates. The ambience was pleasant for conversation, and everyone seemed happy to be there, including the staff. We enjoyed the following flights, all of which were superb:Drink Flights - ABC (wine) & Kings of Kentucky (bourbon)Salad FlightEntrée Flights - Seafood & SteakDessert Flight - Chef's Special (blondie, key lime pie, & strudel)Thank you to everyone at Flight who took our experience to the absolute ceiling.

We were in town visiting Memphis for the first time, Easter weekend. Due to the holiday and some places being closed on Sundays, I wanted to ensure that we secured dinner reservations for Easter. I did research & found Flight. The menu was intriguing & decided to make a reservation for a "fancier" night out. To say we loved Flight is an understatement. Walking in the door, we were greeted with friendly hostesses. The waitress was fantastic, explaining their menu to us. She was super attentive throughout the whole meal. The wine flight selections were great- and reasonably priced. The fish flight was incredible, as was the wild boar and elk that we also ordered. The ocean flight appetizer was delicious- crab cake, lobster ravioli, and shrimp. The soup flight was enough reason to visit Memphis again. Highly recommend this restaurant for a nice night out, date or with friends. it is a great date spot but also awesome overall. The front patio overlooks the cute street (with trolley tracks) and overall cozy and trendy. When I am back in memphis, i will be back at Flight!Parking: free valet

We really enjoyed this cool concept when we ate. I had the grouper, redfish, and diver scallop plates. My husband had the grouper, kangaroo, and elk dishes. Be warned though. The server said we didn’t have to choose all three dishes from the same flight, but could mix and match. This is misleading. They didn’t charge us for a flight (which is cheaper), but for three separate small plates costing us 50% more. As for the food, we loved everything. The kangaroo and scallop were tasty, but a little overcooked. It was a lot of food, so we’re glad we didn’t order a salad or appetizer.

Walked in at 9:10 on a sunday asking for a two-top. We're told the kitchen is alredy closing. Ok, so then you close at 9, not at 10. Was really looking forward to trying this seemingly nice spot. Just doesn't make sense advertising being open till 10 and have patrons come an hour before closing and being turned away because you've already stopped food service.

This is by far one of the greatest restaurants in Memphis. Food is delicious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I always make sure to come here every time I'm in town. Lots of variety of food, and the desserts are to die or! Must see location if you are in the Memphis area.

The first time was so amazing, I went back 2 nights later! The food was delicious, and such a wide variety of choices. I really love the concept of flights of food; you get to try a variety of items, as much as you can in your stomach or to go boxes, haha.I got adventurous and tried the kangaroo, and it was tender and delicious. Our servers, Ella and Kate, were fantastic, both were very attentive and informative. The service was great, the entire staff worked smoothly and on synch to make everything just right. The first night we sat upstairs, a great view of the elegant restaurant and street. The second night we were treated to a table in the wine cellar, which has a speaky-easy vibe. Definitely recommend checking out the wine cellar. The wine pairings were perfect. I had both Cab flights and the dessert were a sweet end to a wonderful meal, with the surprising highlight being the soursop sorbet.I'll be back and recommend you check it out too. It is pricey, at least $60-$120, per person, depending on how you dine.
