The shop provides a relaxing environment, and the food is amazing. The build-a-biscuit was light and fluffy. It melts in your mouth. I enjoy a strong brew and the Iced Oji did not disappoint. It is a smooth, balanced blend with a low acidity level. It provides the boost you need to complete your everyday tasks. Will and Madison are very welcoming and engaging. We will be returning.

The NOLA iced coffee is very good, tho a bit pricey. Good coffee and service in a spacious lounge and pleasant atmosphere at the Crosstown Concourse. Becomes noisy around 3pm as schoolkids huddle around the area, so grab your coffee and find a quiet spot.

For a chain, French Truck has surprisingly good coffee! I have never been disappointed in a drink I've tried here. My only complaint is that the prices tend to be a bit high.

Awkward customer service. Neither barista seemed very social or interested in answering basic questions. I ordered an iced seasonal latte, and even though they have 16 oz cups for iced drinks, she told me that I can only order a 20 oz in the iced drinks which was way more than I needed or wanted. If you have the cup for it, why wouldn't you let a customer buy that size? We all know that the bigger cup just means more milk and ice.The flavor was good, and I love crushed ice, so that's what my 3 stars are for. Would definitely try a different coffee shop next time.

Super neat place to get work done! Great customer service from everyone there. It's located in the concourse (first time here)! Got the New Orleans iced coffee with oat milk (light milk) and it was PERFECTION. The perfect color for 'light milk'--IYKYK (; 10/10 recommend will be back, they have the good ice. A bit pricey ($6.50 ish I think), but where isn't these days!

I first experience the deliciousness that is French truck when I was in New Orleans About 6 years ago. Recently I traveled to Memphis with my son and sister and was so pleased to find a location there! It's located in a food court of sorts in an old sears warehouse so the area is very spacious with really tall ceilings. They've really made the space beautiful. The coffee and pastries here are delightful. If you love chicory, be sure to get a latte with the chicory bean blend for a taste of New Orleans in Memphis! You can also subscribe to order their beans on line, which is a plus! It's affordable and a nice little treat to have now and then.

You see my other reviews and a great review at their other location (I never leave bad reviews). The Batista with yellow and orange hair was incredibly rude. I was basically asked to leave. Placed my order and was about to pay. I just asked do you take cashAp. I at is where it went down hill. I don't think the machine is set up or the app. But at this point he didn't want to be corrected and refuse a credit card or money. Then kept saying in a patronizing way "just leave". I think he woke up on the wrong side of the bed or has a problem with people with disabilities.

Came here for lunch for the first time and ordered the avocado salad. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. For $11 I would expect at a minimum to be served whole not thinly sliced cherry tomatoes, and minuscule diced red onions, not to mention that the avocado was not fresh and was sloppily thrown on my salad with what I would describe as avocado slime all over the box. I definitely will not be trying this place again as I see my experience as an $11 lesson on a place to avoid. ??‍♂️ oh well live and learn.

Maybe the quality is worth it to a more refined connoisseur, but seems overpriced to me. $5.20 for plain drip iced coffee.

We decided to stop here this morning as we were making our way out of Memphis after a long weekend in the city. I wish we had stopped here sooner with more time to explore the Concourse! This refurbished building is a MUST SEE and I would have loved to experience it in full... next time! The coffee at French Truck Coffee was fantastic. I got the New Orleans iced coffee, which was perfect. Not too sweet and high-quality roasted coffee as the base. For breakfast I had the smoked salmon toast, which was served with the most delicious bread I've ever had! Highly recommend the dish. We also ordered an array of pastries and the yogurt with granola for our two year-old. I'm taking off a star because the yogurt and granola was certainly not worth the high price point and I think they could rethink some of their pricing on the food items. Overall, we will be back and will recommend this place to our friends who visit Memphis!

I used Apple Maps to drive here before work... it's says they open at 7 a.m. I was a little later than I wanted to be, but I was hoping the food and coffee would be worth it. I walked in and they told me that they don't open until 7:30.This time posted on both Google and Apple maps are incorrect. Making this review so others know.

Really enjoyed French Truck Coffee. Fun menu, high quality coffee beans, perfect little breakfast while I was in town for a work trip. They use the *good* ice in their iced lattes! The build-your-own biscuit sandwich was delicious - I added bacon and avocado, and they butter the biscuit with an incredible cinnamon honey butter (wish I could buy it). I was surprised by the apple slices on the side as well. Great quality and presentation, such a gem of a spot!
