We were there on a Thursday at 5:30 within their posted hours. The doors were locked, no sign indicating they were closed or any explanation. There were people inside eating and one of the patrons got up to let us in, but they were stopped by the staff. The staff never came out to say anything to us, does not seem like a good way of doing business.

Horrendous lack of customer service. No professional attitudes by the staff. Filthy restrooms with no toilet paper. Bottomless bowls are not bottomless, but rather one large bowl and one small bowl afterwards. Suggest avoiding this restaurant at all costs.

The different options to customize your personal meal are nothing short of amazingDietary restrictions: Certain sauces and toppings/ingredients like peanuts may not be optimal due to allergies. And may be calorie dense which would oppose someone's diet

This place used to be great. Now when you go in, they ignore you for a while then seat you. They give you dirty bowls. Then when you go to get the food, most meats are empty. The last 4 times we went several items were out of stock. And good luck getting a refill on your drinks! I wish they could get new management because we used to love this place.

When I walked in, there was great customer service although the restaurant was very dirty inside, but I end up getting my food, I went all the way home, and as I started eating, there was a long piece of hair with the root at the end of it, stuck inside of my rice, and that just blew me it was awful. I tried to call HR corporate. I even tried to call the restaurant and no one ever got back with me. Please check your food before you leave and never order food from a dirty restaurant.

Amazing food selections amazing food flavor awesome to watch them cook on the flat top in the center and the staff is always fun gracious friendly and very helpful5 years later I feel to add an edit2-25-24Took my son to celebrate his 25th birthday our server LaWanda was absolutely fabulous and very accommodating even taking note when my young daughter asked for something. Many servers overlook children but she was so attentive! The food is still deliciously well seasoned as it has been in the past times we have gone. The only drawback this time was the blinds have been removed and the western facing windows mad it difficult to have conversation with the family without being blinded by the sun. Please fix this back to the way it was if possible.

The place might as well been closed. The store didn't have things that were on the menu. Didn't have all beverages and had liquor but couldn't sell it. The grill was half working. The server was very apologetic.
Memphis is losing another place. This spot had limited drinks available, including alcohol which we were told they had had but couldn't sell it, only one side of the grill worked so there was a crazy delay to get food so much to the point we left without even getting to order anything. Sorry to see it go because I really did like this spot!

(PRICES ARE WAY TO HIGH FOR THE FOOD YOU GET!!!!!!!)Young lady behind the food bar chewing on her fingernails messing with her nose wearing mask halfway down I wouldn't waste my time no my money ever coming back here again. I will take my business back to the one over on poplar I let the manger know he said something to her the she went complaining to her co worker given me dirty looks. My daughter food came out burned one young lady who delivers the food has her hair in her face all the way bast her chin. Never heard back from any management. (EVEN 11 month's later nothing has in proved 2-4-2024)
