Went here for dinner one night and had the best burger I've had in a long time. Plus, the fries were so fresh. I had to go back for breakfast the next day and was not disappointed with the food quality again. Service was awesome as well. This may be my favorite fast food location in Memphis.

Gave coke a small coffee cup. The lid would not stay on it. I was told they were out of small cups & that the manager wouldn't allow any other regular cup to be given. The right thing they should have done was to state that at the time of my order so that I could decide to upgrade my drink. The food was terrible- dry tasting.

I LOVE Hardee's; however, I'm disappointed with Hardee's at the same time. I came by Wednesday, November 29, 2023 around 4:30 pm and the service was not so good and so was the food.I ordered a #5 Bacon Cheeseburger - single combo. The burger was good. Dry, but good. The French fries were hard, hollow, extra crunchy broken up... Terrible ?I asked the young lady that I would like fresh fries and one of the male attendants took the inedible fries because she had walked away. She put on some more fries and they, too, were still extra hard and distasteful.

Awesome service here, I live nearby and will hardly go anywhere else on Summer avenue, thanks staff, for taking pride in having a job and holding it down. Highly recommend, foods always hot and fresh, wait time is hardly ever more than 10 minutes.
