I got the damn got chicken it was cooked all the way through and crispy like I like it. However the chili powder taste was so overwhelming ? I didn't really enjoy it. The Mac and cheese was awful and tasted almost watered down. The "baked beans" was that pork and beans from the can with brown sugar??? May be cool for Memphian but it left much to be desired. I'm from Texas so I don't consider that seasoning (just my opinion)

Had a small dark at shut the cluck up and it started out as a little spicy but it got hotter over time. I eat lots of really spicy food and this was a challenge for me.Dirty bird fries were ordered at the middle spicy level. They were a good spice level and good flavor. The rest of the fries were good as well.The collard greens were great.The banana pudding is really good.

Absolutely amazing experience! The staff on shift were amazing! Tried their "shut the cluck up" heat and was NOT disappointed. Their Damn hot is probably the best heat level if you like flavor but also appreciate the heat behind it. Their fried pickels were fried in fresh oil, and the pimento Mac and cheese is a must try side if you are dinning in or carrying out. They have tvs to watch sports while you eat if you are trying to catch a game. And the establishment was clean!

Everything was excellent the food,customer service & atmosphere but i recommend starting off with the mild flavor which is still spicy itried the damn hot and it was damn hot!!! ps. The cobbler is excellent?
I was so thrilled to eat here My chicken was a to go order came out hot but as I got home to eat and I can tell it wasn’t chicken that was dropped fresh it was a re fry which means it had been sitting for awhile and they put it back in grease .The bones was all dark and burned and gray the chicken was so oily and the chilli powder was just put on top so it was spicy with no flavor if that makes any sense ! My greens were no flavor just water and the Mac and cheese was cheese water sauce.This was the 5oclock shift on cooper the service was great but please drop food fresh food I have pictures to post about it as well

Very good place to eat. Very busy at 5:30, took about 10 min to het food, but it was worth it. Lemonade is fresh squeezed, was so delicious. Got the chicken sandwich and red potato salad. That salad was AMAZING! Cobbler was also delicious.Parking: There are only about 20 spots and acrossed the road there is a parking zone that about 7 cars can fit
