I come here sometimes and I must say the first time I went it was good the second time 3rd and 4th time was a No the fish wasn't season as well as the fries 2nd and third time and 4th the fish was old and undercooked .... Get it together otherwise this restaurant won't be in business long no shade ?

I just visited hooks for the first time today and i can say is shame on you. hooks' is selling people artificial catfish. i paid $30.00 to be catfished. the girl who was at the window who said don't say ma'am to her because you said you are only 15 years old,please quit working for them unless they are paying you at least $15.00/hour to deceive people who works hard for their money. they are making a huge profit off fake catfish prices. i do not eat chicken beef pork nor poultry. i guess i have to add fish to my list because of liars like you. All I CAN SAY IS DOOKIE DOOKIE DOOKIE

On today I had a speedy service through the drive thru the lady had great conversation great customer service food fresh and hot the last time I came was last year and this year they are better keep up the great work and service with keeping the customers happy ?

Coming to Hooks on Elvis Presley as been one of the best experiences yet. The food is freshly made and the cashier is extremely nice and caring .Also love her personality and greeting. I enjoy every moment of it and would definitely recommend going .

Today was my first time in this establishment. I was excited to try so many different things but i settled for hot wings and okra. While waiting for my order they realized that they had given my order to another customer. Finally 45 minutes later if not more my food was up. I asked the guy running the place if he could compensate me with a cheesecake. His response was no. They have no sense of respect for their customer as him and i got into an arguing match. After wasting almost an hour of my time he suggested that i get a refund....no sorry for the incovenience or anything. Needless to say i will not b returning to be disrespected and not appreciated while spending my money.

I ordered the grilled fish yesterday, I picked it up at the drive thru window and I ordered a large sweet tea. The grilled fish was delicious, the fries was good and slaw was mustard base, it wasn't mayo pickled base like I like it. The lady at window was very nice, they was crazy busy too. This was where Captain D's was at one point, it shows that on GPS. The food was not expensive, the sandwich was on Texas toast, it was okay, I just wish the grilled fish filet was thicker. The tea was not sweet, I had to take home and shoot some lemon juice and add sugar to it. The was decent for the price, I spent $8.76.i waited a while for the food, when I say the line went around the building, it did? The lady at window was very nice, that would make me come, but fix that slaw, add more sugar and lemon to sweet tea, reduce the wait time, hire more ppl and I'll come back to visit?

Delicious mixed veggies,with cauliflower, carrots, edamame beans and zucchini. An AWESOME MIX!!¡!!And a flavorful herb seasoned baked fish.Also, a side of butterfly shrimp. YUMMY for the TUMMY!!!!!

The walked in to pick up my first order and the cashier had an attitude for some reason. I think she said her name started with a T, I couldn’t remember the not so common name but I will not be coming back because of her. She asked if she could help me and I told her that I am picking up my online order, she just walked away from the cashier and went outside. I asked the cook if he knew what happened but she came back to yelled ITS NOT READY YET. Hell she was supposed to tell me that before walking off. How was we supposed to know ???with her bad customer service having a**. Then she was throwing my condiments in the bag. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or mentally unstable but I will not return until she is no longer employed. People are crazy as h*ll now days. The food wasn’t even good to have gone through hell getting it. I purchased the four piece wings and it looked like a kids meal.

Worst $26 I've ever spent...it was my first time going there..I ordered #1 mix or match 2 unflavored fish filet with the batter falling off it , 3 tasteless fried to hard wings that tasted burnt from the old grease they've used...french fries was soggy with a tiny bit of seasoning on them...cole slaw was mediocre..I will not be returning to the place everything was horrible and not good.

Food always good just make sure you check your order before leaving. The young ladies don't always pay attention so they put in whatever.

The experience the last time was disappointing. I was given five shrimp instead of six that was suppose to be in the order. And they were extremely tiny. The tilapia and fries were lukewarm. I am usually extremely happy with my meal from that location in Whitehaven. I really like the breading and seasoning they use. The food has been piping hot and fresh tasting. The last visit the food tasted like it had been sitting a while. I will try another location .
