My last trip to a Hooters was 25 years ago because I was never impressed with the food. Either I was way off, or they've made some serious changes in that 2+ decades!!! Without having to wait hours, finding a place around Beale Street to eat & watch the Final Four with a basketball team of teenagers proved fruitless, well, except for this Hooters. Despite my reservations, it ended up being the perfect place. The only ones in our group happier about than I was were the teenage boys! Fantastic food all the way around & the amazing wait staff is worthy of their own 5-star review. They seemed willing to work together to help out another server's tables if needed & really made sure we could enjoy the game & dinner.Parking: It's on a busy corner just outside of a Beale Street entrance, which made for terrible parking & crowded sidewalks.Kid-friendliness: They were just a tolerate of our group of teenage boys as could be expected!

Four tables of people, two waitresses. Waited 20 min for a flat beer and 1 hour for 10 wings. Sticky table 5 TVs on a looping help feed the children infomercial. Food was cold and never got offered a second beer or refill had to go to the bar and the bartender who told me she couldn’t pour me a beer unless i paid her. Terrible place.

Haven’t been in years but decided to order wings to go since it was a cold January night. Waitress very polite and attentive, food was up in short order and against my better judgement I didn’t check it before I left. I ordered lemon pepper roasted wings with fries. When I got back to my room I see I was given regular hot wings that were cold on top of that. Fries were just as cold. Reminder why I don’t go there nor will I ever again.
Bartender hit my daughter with salt tray from the bar . My daughter just knocked it over and got it thrown back at her. Very disappointed at this location ?

I went to this Hooters on Dec 21. I waited for 20 minutes after ordering my food to find out that they were out of Chipotle honey sauce, ok fine. So we waited an extra 30 minutes then my guest food came out. My food still wasn't ready and I was told, I had 2 more minutes left. Ok I'm ready to eat, but fine. 2 minutes turned into 40 more minutes. My guest were finished with their food. The waitress then came with no food in her hand stating " Sorry for the wait, your food is coming out shortly". Lady I'm gone. This was soooo unexceptable! I will be calling corporate. Horrible service ??

Everything was OK, service was just a bit slow. But our waitress was great! Even after watching her manager publicly reprimand her. The kicker was when I realized customers were allowed to walk in with their pets. Waitresses were petting this dog. I have a dog. Based on the fact that my dog walks on the ground barefoot, on occasion has rolled around in the dirt etc. I would never bring my dog into a restaurant where people are eating. Where people may have allergies to pets etc. I was especially appalled to see waitresses petting this dog and then taking orders! This animal was not a service dog. He was not wearing a vest, he was allowed to sit in the booth, and people were allowed to walk up and pet the dog. I will be sure to not come here again.
