My favorite part about this restaurant is that they allow you to see them cooking. Overall service and food was nice. I went on a night where it wasn't very busy. Our waiter was polite but he kept gravitating around our table to see when we were ready to order. The food was good for the price it was. We started off with the bread service and also the macaroni and cheese appetizer. Both were about a 4/5 for the price and taste wise. I had the chicken and my partner had the scallops. The chicken and vegetables were cooked very well and it was seasoned really well. The scallops were also good and the flavor was strong but I'm not a huge fan of seafood so after a couple bites, it started to make me not want to keep eating it. But that's just me personally, my partner also enjoyed both but agreed that the scallops flavor got not so good after constantly eating it. We ended the night we some dessert, the crème brûlée. It was very good. Overall, I would come back again for a special occasion and try something new.

Amazing Curbside to Go!!! We Ordered Family of 4 Meatballs & Luguine. My 3 boys have cleared the pan. Thank you for providing this service.

I've enjoyed Happy Hour cocktails here. The bar staff is the best. If you are lucky enough to get a pairing from the owner Chris just be prepared to be amazed. He is next level genius! And the food from Gentry is superb, easily one of my best culinary dining experiences came from this man and I will never forget it! Can't wait to go try their spring cocktails and eat another charcuterie board! That jam and indian spiced buts on the board, LAWD JESUS!!

We had not visited Interim in over a year, so we were quite delighted to find the same superb service and food. The wait staff are very attentive without being obtrusive. The restaurant is open with the ability to watch the kitchen preparing your food but is not loud. I particularly enjoyed the crispy fried oysters as an appetizer followed by the duck breast. Great time!

Unpleasant experience. I made the reservation 2 weeks early. We were told they did not serve Merlot anymore at all, and when I wanted to order the burger they said they would only serve it to me the the bar. Two of our 4 dinners had to go back to the kitchen to be cooked correctly. Service was slow and when our food finally made it to the table, it was not very good. Overall a very disappointing evening. We have eaten at Interim at least 20 times in 2019 and food was good. I will not be back with the new changes.

PO Press and Public House, a restaurant which closed in Collierville this past fall held a pop-up at Interim the other evening. My wife and I secured reservations for the 8:00 PM seating. We had dined previously at Interim, but heard about the new and improved restaurant, so we knew it was a two for 1 deal. The restaurant itself is beautiful! Good use of color and neutral tones, and a great bar area. We arrived shortly after 7, the bar was packed. We ordered some of the specialty drinks mixed by Mitchell and crew and as always they did not disappoint! At dinner time, we were presented with a limited menu. The best part, was there was a $68pp set menu where you could choose a plate from each category. My choices were a beet salad with yogurt and dill, okra side dish over a ground masala, cut of day, which was a Sous vide tri-tip with a deconstructed chimichurri sauce. I don't get excited over salads...but these beets and the Okra, my gosh! Out of the park! The beef was perfectly cooked, so tender, and the deconstructed chimi was amazing. My wife had an appetizer of the cooked carrots, roasted potatoes, and a turkey leg. As stated before, my wife HATES carrots. Especially cooked carrots. Again, Chef Jimmy nailed the carrots where they were still super crunchy, but absolutely flavorful. Come to find out, these too were cooked via Sous Vide. The roasted potatoes was a deconstructed potato salad, and was amazing! I would've never thought to serve potatoes that way (probably why I'm not a chef). The turkey leg was smoked, and then shredded. Almost like a pulled pork but more flavorful. It was spicy but not overpowering. My wife was thoroughly impressed. We loved this meal so much. It was great to see all the servers from PO Press in the 'Ville and I am hoping they open back up full time again. Chris and Chef Jimmy Gentry dominated the night! Amazing food, good service, good wine, amongst good friends.
Great Presentation and the menu had a good selection. Just a little expensive for a basic Hamburger that one of the kids ordered. I had the Salmon and it was really good. Overall great place for a good meal.

This is it! The atmosphere! The food! The drinks all perfect! Chef Gentry is by far the best chef as he brings great food simply but in a way where the quality of the food plays the big role in flavor. I will come back next week to try more of the menu!

We've been to Interim a few times and always enjoyed it. This most recent time we didn't even have a reservation, but decided to take a chance. We had no trouble getting a table (but it was kind of early, about 6:30).
