They tried to give me the wrong order. Then got smart about it. Then gave me my order missing items, they would not believe me. Took the box of chicken ran their hands no gloves through my chicken. Then gave me the rest of my missing order. Without apologizing.

Ordered my favorite 2 piece dark chicken dinner box. The drive through attendant repeated my order for accuracy I assume. I told her I forgot to order my beverage with my meal. She said that's fine. What would you like to drink? My meal was delicious.

Family asked what are we eating? I said Jack Pirtles of course. Had to wait ten minutes because they wanted to make sure we got everything fresh, I'm not complaining at all, delicious food is worth the wait. Thanks to the team for wanted us to have their best!

Really hate they only have the drive thru open every single day and you can't ho inside and place your order , so imagine when your order is wrong you have to hold up the hold line or get back at the end,

I'm a big fan of this place. This location can be pretty hard to get into sometimes. The way the Kroger parking lot is, you basically have to come in from Poplar headed toward downtown. If you are coming from downtown, you sometimes can't turn left into Jack Pirtle because of traffic. You cannot access the drive through from the Kroger parking lot coming in off Cleveland. The food is good and the people have always been nice to me. Today the biscuits in my box were raw. First time that's ever happened. I'm sure I could have taken them back, but I just threw them out.
If you do come here don’t use your debit card one of the employees stole my card information
