My husband and I and our two children generally go on Sundays around 4:00 in the afternoon to our local Jason's deli. And generally the kids grandmother will attend so we can enjoy our food and catch up. The times we go they are never busy. However they mess up the orders all the time. The food order is not how we ordered it and then it takes forever to speak to someone in charge you can fix the order and rectify it. When asking for it to go box, it's like pulling teeth. Generally we need between 4 and 6 boxes, and they act as if they are made of gold and we can't have but one or two. Most the time they even forget to bring us our silverware. Or they'll forget to give us our cut for our salad dressing. And most of the times the ice cream machine which my kids love to get an ice cream after their dinner, is messed up and broken. The customer service has most definitely gone downhill in the last few months. I sincerely hope that they correct that as well as the attitudes of their employees. It would be nice to come into a restaurant being welcomed and feeling like we don't have to rush and we can enjoy our food and sit and chat and enjoy conversation.

The food is always excellent ??!!!!Mr Williams Refused to serve company and I.I was very disappointed by his very poor logic and care to customer request for ordering food."I remember you."Now, who I am to him I have no clue.Company and I left and ate a delicious meal at the Ridgeway Location with excellent service.Lord Help Mr Anthony Williams....people pray for his better sanity to replace his lack thereof and lack of concern for those who look like him.

What can i say they hit it out of the park every time. The sandwiches is amazing and I always get there ranch dressing to add to the sandwiches to give it an extra kick. The service is good and the place is always clean and we love the free ice cream we eat it while we are waiting when we get it to go.
Very nice establishment. I went into grab myself some lunch today, because I was craving chicken alfredo pasta. Walked into the business place my order immediately, went to fix my drink and sat down. Before I could get my phone out of my pocket good they were calling me telling me my order was ready. I didn't dine in, so I brought it home and by the time I got home it was still warm, the bread that came with my pasta was still soft, and the food was delicious! I will definitely be back and if you like McAlister's tea, try Jason's deli if it's closer!

The food was delicious! I ordered via phone and picked it up to go. It was a bit daunting during lunchtime. Also it is a bit pricey for one meal.

Went to eat 12/8/23 at 4:05pm and the place was literally empty with the exception of 2 other customers already eating. Saw only cook leave the building with drink, came back, never washed hands just put gloves on and continue to drink his drink in food prep area. 40min passed and we never got our food. Go back to register to ask for food, cashier ask cook where was the food and he ask "what food?" Asked for refund and left.Service at university locating has dwindled from what it used to be. They are not as clean and they have no urgency. Employees show they dont care.Will be the last time we go there. We used to go often cause my husband loves it there. But the last 3 times we have been saying we were going to stop going there. This time we mean it.

My potato would have been good if it had been fully cooked. It was very hard in the middle because it wasn’t done. I had to throw most of it away as the only edible parts were the in…and I was missing the sour cream, but had plenty of unmelted
