These people are so sweet! We stopped here for the first time because my daughter really wanted a donut on our way home. I wasn't sure what bakeries were in the area so I just put in directions for the closest one, which online said it was open, but when we got there it was closed. So Amazin glaze was the next closest. We got here at 3 pm not even realizing they closed at 1. Which is completely my fault because online, it said they were closed. But it was the second bakery, my newborn was asleep in the car seat and my 2 year old reallllllyyy wanted a donut so my mom brain just tuned that out apparently. Anyways, we get there, I unload the car seat and then unstrap the toddler and take her out, any parents know this is an entire task. We walk up to the door and try opening it. It's locked. The woman inside points at the door and I realize it says, right in front of my face, that they closed at 1. I smack myself in the forehead and apologize to my toddler. She starts crying because I've now promised her a donut twice. We walk back to the car and the sweetest woman from the bakery walks out behind us and hands us a bag with 2 donuts. I about cried. She might not have realized, but she made my daughter's day and mine as well. In that small moment she turned what could have been a crappy moment into a really nice one. My daughter went from tears to big smiles in seconds. And I was saved from a sleepy toddler meltdown. So thank you Amazin Glaze. This will be our new regular treat stop. BEFORE 1 pm next time.

Hot Glazed Donuts !! Three words that always make you smile. This was my first time there and definitely will not be my last. Customer Service is outstanding, and if delicious hot donuts and great service aren't good enough, free coffee with a dozen donut order. The donuts are light and fluffy
Such a cute donut shop in Germantown. I believe it was the owner who helped me with my order which consisted of a dozen mixed. There were so many great options and everything looked so yummy! Unfortunately, I was getting it for my family so I didn't get to try all the flavors. I redeemed my free glazed donut and he went in the back and got me a fresh one. That donut was so light and fluffy and still warm! So yummy! Because it was my first visit he even gave me a cupcake on the house. Would definitely return if I was ever in the area not only for the yummy donuts but the great customer service.
