This store has a great vibe, the employees are so sweet and they make my smoothie exactly how I like it every time. I get the PB&J smoothie and it tastes just like a peanut butter jelly sandwich. 10/10

I thoroughly enjoyed my green juice. I tried making the same one at home but it just didn't compare. My only feedback would be for the ingredients to be on the other menu items like the soup, etc. I had to ask what ingredients were on in all other menu items as the smoothies, juices and smoothie bowls were the only menu items that listed the ingredients. Lastly, the staff could be a bit more helpful since ingredients are not listed and not act as if they are annoyed with questions from consumers.

Just visited this location and purchased the essential reset and two smoothies. Horrible customer service! As I was walking in, a female staff member was entering from the patio area, I held the door for her, don't think she uttered a word just rushed to the back and a young male staff member came out. He took my order, and I waited patiently. He called out essential reset, sat it on the counter then proceeded to help the next TWO customers in line. I didn't see my two smoothies and he just went ahead helping other customers. I waited until he took their orders and I politely asked if he had gotten my smoothies, he said in a snarky response "I'm making them now" and waved the Blender at me. I mean I was only asking because he went on to help two other customers BEFORE completing my order or acknowledging the smoothies were coming. I gladly put my cash tip back in my wallet. Bad customer service.

Easy access & perfect for staying in the healthy choice zone for breakfast lunch & dinner. Excellent menu items, something for everyone's palate. We enjoyed a quick & productive business meeting about mid-morning.

Two stars because the option of "fresh juice" is an illusion! The juice available "is squeezed fresh every morning". We were thinking with it being a juice bar they would juice FRESH produce as ordered, and this is not a place for that. However, if you're okay with not having the FRESHLY juiced produce, the young lady was nice.

I sent my partner to drive 20 mins from our home to purchase juice and since he is allergic to Lemons, he asked to have them removed from the product. Let me add that there was no one else in the store when this was requested! Not only was he told, "All the products come premade with Lemons, he was told come back in 20 mins!!!"Whatever happen to, "Customers first?!" This is why we patronize Jamba and Smoothie King!!! Please save your money and gas, this place is not accommodating at all!

We came in today because I was feeling under the weather and I have a bizarre notion after years of living next to a Jamba Juice that smoothies cure illnesses (not really but the placebo effect is real lol). My spouse ordered the dragonfruit smoothie and was informed they were out of dragonfruit powder but they could substitute it. My spouse said okay but was not informed of what they'd be substituting it with. I ordered the CBD smoothie, they were out of CBD and didn't tell me, though it was listed on the menu. We spent $22 plus tip (we both worked service positions so we always tip) for two small smoothies. We were never asked about sizes because I absolutely would have wanted a large. The other things in the store like cookies and nuts were also super low stock. My smoothie was pretty yummy despite missing the CBD but my spouses lacked flavor. Not sure what's going on with them but we likely won't be back.

I highly recommend the Juice Bar in Midtown! My son and I order the strawberry banana smoothie. He just learned about the "allergy shot" drink with bee pollen and honey. We will be visiting as much as possible. Everyone who works there is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Ask when you aren't sure. They will help you!
