I find it very disrespectful that I come into an establishment that I frequently patronize and be told that I can't get a potato cut that comes the size of a grapefruit. I never have problems from the Hispanic lady, but every time I come and the elderly Chinese lady is there, she always tell me that something so simple as a potato being cut can't be done. I'm spending my hard earned money to get service and being refused something so simple. With that being said, the customer service when the elderly Chinese lady is there will be very poor and whenever she is there, I will turn around and walk out the door. Very ridiculous. And when asked why it couldn't be done, she just said "the chef" and started waving her hands as if he was too busy to do something so simple. So if you are to spend money there while she is there, just expect to get your food to her satisfaction and not yours.

Chicken was nasty over cooked like it was just sitting on the heat inside of the chicken was brown and not white.. fried rice wasn’t fried rice it was just yellow rice that was hard.. food basically taste like what you get at a gas station .. will never order from them again.???????

Man I love the whole wings. I mean this is one of the places I’m really gone miss when I leave the city for sure but they fish is just as good. I haven’t tried they boil bags but my family and people I know love them and the prices..

For the 1st time I tried a seafood bag, the garlic butter sauce was horrible, and my lobster was overcooked. In my attempt to salvage the meal I boiled clean water to get thqt horrible sauce off and made my own garlic butter...GEEZ!

The crab legs were small not a lot of meat… I asked for garlic butter no spicy period!!! But I still received spicy and the butter had no garlic taste.. I would only recommend if you love spicy food
