I have never had chicken that was burnt from KFC, and this was burned crispy. They didn't have everything I wanted, and I had to keep repeating my order.

My Family went and spend over $40 on chicken they had no Breast or thighs? Only wings and ?drumsticks only so we were ok with that she also ask If I wait 15 min it would be fresh so we waited? when the food was ready we didn't bother looking at the chicken before leaving because we believe was freshly cook KFC ? But when we got home we were Very Disappointed and Cheated out our Money from So Called KFC on 3rd and Brooks in Memphis I advised inspections ASAP

Store open @10 am got there at 11am no chicken. Cashier took my order at the speaker when I got to the window she tells me the battery with dead on the headset. While trying to repeat my order to her at the window she was on the phone yelling and signaling to me to wait. Very unprofessional and ghetto. I asked for a receipt she saided no paper.
