Unfortunately, this is my first negative-ish review for me. This was our first time traveling to Memphis. I had the fried steak plate and it was sub-par; it was as if it was from a tv dinner box and microwaved. The baked beans were straight out of a can, the roll was cold and just average, but the mashed potatoes were bad along with the gravy which was like a thick milk. This was the very first place we ever visited on Beale street. It’s where we met the most amazing singer Chris Gales! We have been back so many times and never had anything but the best time. The food is good, bar service is great and the entertainment FANTASTIC! Especially when they sing Tennessee Whisky ???
