La Baguette used to be my favorite breakfast, Lunch or pastries. Every time that I go in the selection is reduced greatly. Today I was so excited to see the Napoleon was back. The clerk said it was fresh today. I got home and was so disappointed. I spit out my one bit and returned the balance without a refund. It was terrible, no flavor, too sweet and mushy. I hope the rest of the pastries keep the higher standard.
Not good signage, staff not friendly or attentive, food is good but they don't listen when they take your order, don't look at you, talk over you, process is unclear. They got our order wrong and didn't care at all or make any attempts to rectify. The food is good but just be prepared to deal with seemingly inexperienced front of house staff who are more interested in each other than doing their jobs or performing any kind of hospitality.

I visited yesterday, wanted an eclair. They only had vanilla so I decided to try it. I didn't like it at all, the cream filling wasn't good and the vanilla icing had no vanilla flavor; the choux dough was decent. I also tried a pecan roll, raspberry creme roll and macarons. My granddaughter liked her macarons but the rolls were stale and flavorless. I purchased a peanut butter and a oatmeal raisin cookie for my husband and he didn't like either. I was really disappointed.
