I ordered deep dish with extra toppings. They were very scarce and it was a delivery order so no protection or tamper proof tape. Missing wings wrong flavor missing ranch and the dough......oh my god was spoiled smelling. I only found out before eating a whole piece because i asked for well done it it was luke warm at best. When i heated up it had a funky smell. I just threw it all out. Never again

When it comes to eating out from any establishment, I usually travel out of the area to avoid eating in Cordova, because the service is rarely up to par.However this Little Caesars is the one place I will order from in Cordova.As I approached the building a man walking inside, (a manager) held the door open for me and immediately asked for my order.A young man behind the counter already appeared before the First Gentleman could get around the corner to the registers.They were both kind, polite and the young man Sedric, made sure my order was not only accurate but that my name was spelled correctly.Long story short: this is a fantastic place to eat in Cordova.Parking: Well maintained parking lot out front.Kid-friendliness: There was a kid’s pinball machine, that for 25 cents would allow the child to play pinball with a ball that later dispenses so the child can take it home.Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a wheel chair ramp just the right of the establishment’s front door.

OPEN THE BOX AND CHECK IT OUT BEFORE LEAVING!!! They will kindly remake it if you ask.5). Be Kind!!!!Vegetarian options: The BEST veggie pizza!

Workers walk around with no gloves on there hands walking n and out of restroom then when I got my food hair was all in my pizza never again will I go back to this location
On today, I placed a delivery order. Order went through with no problems but I recieved a phone call from DoorDash saying that my order was canceled and didn't provide an explanation. I contacted Little Caesars customer care line. They were uncertain why my order was canceled but advised me it would take 5-10 business days before I would recieve my refund. This is ridiculous......$30 + dollars tied up for over a week and I still will need to spend money to get something else for the kids to eat. I requested that I receive a comp meal for my troubles but I was advised they do not do that. I'm furious that I'm now stuck with waiting over a week for a refund and now will have to shell out additional money today for food. This was a poor example of customer service especially when the issue was not the fault of the customer.
