Food is good but I would avoid until they sort out whatever operational issues they are having. We were forgotten about after we sat down and it took a long time for anyone to notice; Food arrived but we had no utensils so had to stare at it for 15 minutes while waiting for utensils; The check included items that weren't ordered and items that were ordered but were never received. It seemed everyone else in the restaurant was having a similar experience. Lots of confusion.

I really love Lucky Cat and their food. They definitely need to work on their communication though. We've had multiple wrong order picked up, usually missing items. They also have not updated their website to their current menu, which is frustrating. At the end of the day their food is great, they just need to work on their processes.

I really enjoy ramen. So me an my fiancée came to try it out. And it did not disappoint. From my experience I’ll give this place 5/5 great service, great food, and fantastic atmosphere

A great ramen place. I enjoyed my veggie ramen it was full of flavor and had a lot of crunch from the cabbage. I appreciate that they really season their broth and it ties everything together so well. I tried the avocado and fried chicken bao. The avocado bao would have been better with a flavorful sauce but the fried chicken bao was great. I would visit this place again. I ordered my food togo but there is plenty of patio seating that I would feel comfortable sitting outside to eat if it wasn’t too busy.

I can’t believe it took me so long to go to this restaurant. It’s located on Broad Avenue so you can shop for gifts or home accents and then drop in for a quick lunch. They use a contactless menu.I wish the potstickers were available for lunch. The lunch special gives you a lot of variety for a good price. Next time I am going to add more things to personalize the soup and make it spicier. The fried chicken in the bao was ridiculously good. I can’t wait to come back for dinner to try the chicken wings and potstickers.

I ordered Bao. And it basically an expensive version of dry, oil dripping fried chicken slider with 2 pickles on top of it.

The Food and atmosphere are some of the best in Memphis!

Soooo good! This is my second trip cross country through Memphis (and my 3rd stop here). If you claim that you're a Thai food lover, you cannot pass Go. This is a must stop! The chicken wing appetizers--OMG. And the ramen noodles--Hell yeah! The barkeep serves up some kick a** martini and gin cocktails.

My boyfriend and I just moved to memphis and this has been one of the very few dining out experiences we've had so far and I was extremely pleased. We sat outside (flies were horrendous but we learned our lesson) and it was such a cool patio dining space! They even have their own garden in the back which was SO cool in my opinion. Food was fantastic except the wings which for some reason genuinely smelled like a garbage can but they still tasted okay.. it was weird... but everything was great and we will definitely be back!

Good service and even better food. Dinner menu has a few more choices than the lunch menu does. Best ramen spot in Memphis.

I heard y’all threw someone out who was whining about having to wear a mask. Big ups to y’all. Best ramen in Memphis and consistently one of the more cutting edge places to try out new dishes.

Best vegan ramen in Memphis! We came for the lunch special a few months ago, and the vegan option is a yuzu veggie ramen in a lemongrass ginger vegetable broth (no ajitama), crispy avocado bao, and salad with sesame-miso dressing. The bao was lacking fillings but I LOVED the ramen broth - it tasted so fresh, flavorful, and unique! My only complaint is that the portions from the lunch special weren't as filling, but the ramen is a larger size during dinner and the same price (but without the salad and bao). Can't recommend this place enough overall!
