The chili looked like mud, but after switching it out for something else, the food was good. FYI, if someone isn't happy with the food they are buying, make it right and move on. We are the ones paying for and eating it.

Honesty never disappointed when I come here or any McAllister. My go To's are the Savannah chopped salad, kind club, and the garden salad. Picture is just one of my lunches but isn't my actual go tos. On my next time I go I will come back with pictures

The manager Whitney is bomb!! She’s very respectful and so nice, I ordered some food and they didn’t have some of the stuff I ordered and she offered substitutes w/ my current order and even gave me a replacement order for another day. She stated if she wasn’t here to give them her name. I came in about 2 days later and spoke to the general manager Mike and he told me he didn’t know who she was and that I would have to pay for the current order because he had no idea who Whitney was or any order that I was talking about. So I visited the place again tonight and Whitney was there and I spoke to her and let her know what happened she instantly remembered my order on what she gave me and replaced my same favorite order. SHE IS THE BOMB!!

I will say, they only want to give 4 chips with chicken tortilla soup. So if you want more than that, bring your own. Some of the employees will give extra but not without another worker complaint on what's should be given.
The food was ok, although I thought I was ordering a loaded potato soup, but I got a loaded Spud.

Just went to pick up my online order at the pick up time, wasn't ready and it was only 1 other customer in the store, it's 530pm and after my order they told the other customer no more spuds for the night. Really!! Spud Max wasn't right it didn't have nothing but cheese.. this place is a hit or miss.. Will definitely try a different location next time. Waste of 40$

Unfortunately this location can not get orders accurately... Back-to-back orders in a 30day period was inaccurate. Order received incorrect from the ticket... No one is ensure quality control standards... The Spuds are so hard and dry, that is a travesty from quality of the past... Please increase pride and the lead line cook to ensure quality and ACCURATE preparation to retain customers... If you are wondering why comparable sales is sliding, look at quality control consistently from open to close of business... My food on 1/2/23 is very poor... I think we deserve food quality in Germantown just like any other location... Leadership, please engage and validate quality control please.

Placed a to go order at 12:50 with a pickup time ready at 1:07pm. I ordered 2 McAllister clubs with Cheetos . I arrived at the store and asked was my order ready I was told it was next up to be prepared . I'm like ok cool. I'll wait . At 1:21pm my order was still not ready and I asked the manager Rebekah "whats going on with my order" she threw her hands up and said " idk, we have a new person on sandwich's " my thoughts as a customer is that you are a manager that's all you had to respond with ? Not one time did she say let me go back there and check on your order? Hey, can y'all give me an estimate time on when this Customer order is ready she never walked back there. She threw her hands up and walked away and continue doing what she was doing. Not one time did she say let me go back there and check on your order? Hey, can y'all give me an estimate time on when this Customer order is ready? She never walked back there one time. She did not even apologize for my order being delayed, she didn't care and she said that so many words. She threw her hands up and just walked away and continue doing what she was doing walking around like a chicken with her head cut off. Needless to say after me constantly harassing them for my order an Hour later, My order was found. It was ready the whole entire time. I am very disappointed in McAllister and the MANAGEMENT lacked all qualities of management.

McAlister's just cannot get out of their own way. Cooks utterly incompetent but making a whole lot of noise, including profanity heard in the dining room. At 2:45pm on a Monday, it should not have taken 25+ minutes to get 2 spuds and a bowl. Dude in front of me got the wrong order. Robots can't take these jobs fast enough...

Everything was good and delicious and the fruit was excellent but the strawberry shortcake was delicious. ?Wheelchair accessibility: you can come on down and have you a good meal? ? plenty of room to fit you and your family and they will show you much love
