Out of the ten or so times I've been here, I think I've actually gotten food maybe twice. When you pull up, you'll likely see team members outside of the building talking. You might even hear laughter when you pull up in the drive thru. But, no one will ever come to the mic to take your order. Honestly, don't waste your time. I've given them so many second chances and yet here I am at 10pm on a Thursday, watching them congregate outside the building while there are 3 of us in line for waiting for service. I guess I'll go to Taco Bell.

I cannot believe it.After all this time.Dozens of visits.My order was correct today!I did only order one item, so the bar was a bit low, but it WAS actually correct.I got the sauce I asked for, I got napkins, the correct food item...which was a bit stale and cold, hence the 4 stars, and a pleasant smile from the guy at the window.I'm gonna throw them a curve ball and order a drink next time, we will see how it goes.

Hours posted online and on the front door of the restaurant state that the drive through is open 24hours. However we pulled up at 11:30 and the person told us they were closed. Multiple cars were coming through and all being turned away.

Do not go to the McDonald's on 4642 Quince Rd, Memphis, TN 38117....I often go to McDonald's house to eat, have coffee and work remotely because of the Wi-Fi and convenience. I was in the middle of a zoom call for work and some woman from "McDonald's" HR interrupted me, and asked that I leave my table because she was reserving all tables with power outlets for some type of "new hire" training. There's still no one here after a substantial amount of time has gone by. She had no consideration for the customer. And no understanding.

this place is terrible. if you want a late night snack obviously go to a different location. this specific location says 24hours yet I pulled up at 10:43 and they wanna say "our system is down" and when I say I have cash they said "we're closed" pick a story???
Came in the drive thru at 10:45 pm on 10/18. Sat at the menu for a few minutes, and then a lady comes on the speaker and just says "we're not taking anymore orders". I said "wait what?" and no reply. Sat awkwardly for a minute and then went to BK instead. Should've checked the reviews before coming, seems like this is a common thing. Maybe it's just a front for illegal business lol

This is the closest loa toon to my house so i always come here. Morning shift is amazing, they work fast and proficient. I always have a hard time with the afternoon/Night Shift. They will literally have you waiting forever to order. Today my drink wasn’t even filled. I asked if my drink could get filled to the top and I was told to buy another cup.. ridiculous. It was a bit more then half filled. They lady began to explain that the machine automatically filled the cups but how can they offer services like that? An horrible experience, you don’t get what you pay for.

We started in the drive-thru, which was at a stand still for nearly five minutes. So, we parked and went inside. We ordered two drinks at a kiosk, which didn't print the receipt I requested. Another long wait, and we were finally on our way. More than 15 minutes to get drinks.

Over the past few decades, I've mostly received exactly what I've ordered here. I liked the former location, located due south and directly across the street. The old building was far more compact, and seemingly more efficient. (In that era, they were apparently the only McDonald's in the metro area to have offered triple cheeseburgers, which was a unique treat!)
