Waited in line over an hour for a mobile order only to receive ice cold food. People only received food every ten min and the line was backed up out to the road. Terrible service, I believe the staff was trying their best but they are severely understaffed for the busy area. If you can't keep it staffed properly then close it down.

This is by far the slowest, unorganized, unprepared store ever. They’re never ready to open on time, always scrambling well after 5:45am to start taking orders, always out of something, always short staffed, and the list just goes on. And for the location, you would think service is good…NOOOOOTTTTTT. Just go elsewhere.

It took 15 minutes to get our food. Once we finally got to the window they asked us our order and didn't even have it ready yet. They had to go cook it after we made it to the second window.

I am working in the area so i have to wat here closest mcdonalds near the job everytime i go my order is wrong and this last time i came by i got a meal with a large coffee obviously the coffee is an upcharge for it being large but you know what they did they said you know what we will put down water fir the the drink and charge you a whole other 3 dollars for that coffee you want horrible place practically robbed me

Food was completely wrong. Waited 2 hrs to get it have screen shots of order times food was gross and so cold it had to have been left out for the 2 hrs if not longer. This place is an absolute waste of money DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!

I went through the drive thru I ordered my food and ordered a large iced caramel frappe the lady repeated the order and said large iced caramel coffee in which I said yes because at a different location that is what they called their frappe. I got to the pickup window and noticed my drink wasn’t iced but had ice in it and I told the guy at the pickup window I wanted an iced caramel frappe he then stated they didn’t carry those so I asked since when?! Then he stated he would have to charge me for the drink since I didn’t pay for the drink so I was ok with whatever the extra charge was for the frappe from the original large caramel coffee with ice in it. Another lady came to the window and charged me for the drink in total so I was overcharged by almost 3 dollars. I then called the phone number at the bottom of the receipt that asked how did we do today? No answer went to a personal voicemail, then called the store with no answer. Get it right people!! And if you want to be rude sit at home! People don’t have time to drive all the way back to your location when you mess up!
