Every time I visit this location the manager that is there is so disrespectful and it’s not the 1st time and her staff follows her lead. Not a good example to seat you keep us on hold I patiently waited and just decided to ride around because I was not sure if they were open or having issues or anything so I pulled to the first one nobody was there poor to the second one here goes the same manager again that always have that same attitude she had no staff that’s what she said. I totally can understand that but customer service comes first no matter what you’re going through at work, all she had to say was that she had no staff on and she’s only doing mobile orders only instead she put me on hold so when I got to the second window is when she decided to let me know that that’s where she was doing that is so not professional and honestly this is the McDonald’s that I love to go to anytime morning evening or night but anytime I come at night normally it’s never this late but I was getting off work late today so I decided to come by this late. She has an attitude every time I come I’ve never reported this because I just let it slide and go by my way the food is always fresh and good, but the attitude with her is ridiculous and her staff .

Had to come home and cook my RAW BURGERS. Picked up order in drive thru 2 double quarter cheesburger meals and a hamburger kids meal. In guess the order was cleared off their board before complted. The window person asked for my receipt and had me pull up unil the order ess brought out. Got home and the burgers were not cooked thru. Of course they didn't give me back my receipt and they are not answering the phone. I had to cook my burger patties. Sad SadSad food prep.

Not only are the employees rude and unprofessional, the manager on duty tonight is just as bad! They left my drink off, my chicken sandwich was burnt and old! The employee shut the window on me saying she ain't trying to hear all that..the manager come to the window and as I was telling her about her employee, the young lady cuts me off and start telling her she wasn't trying to hear that etc. The manager told me i could drive back around and get back in line and re order the sprite and closed the window too. Why are these people working with the public? I was going to complain to the higher manager but by looking at the reviews..everyone who works there is unprofessional. I will NEVER go back to that location!

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. Their drink machine is always broken, the food is cold, the service is slow with NOONE else in line, and the employees have terrible attitudes consistently. This is on my route home so I’ve tried several times, but it’s seriously a terrible

Horrible behavior black female collecting payments. Had to wait for order. Black female that brought food to car frustrated because I didn't get beverage. Hey, she needed an extra walk. 12/15/23 - Ugh! I went there again. Food prep?No more! My Mc Griddle was burnt and cold, the oj was sour and the hash brown was cold and stuck to the paper. One positive the lady that takes the order early in the morning is really nice. Besides that. Prepare your food at home ..best thing to do.

One thing I can say is you'll receive food... service was awful, I ordered at the kiosk and the receipt printed blank so I didn't know my order number. When I was standing with some other people waiting for food, a team member asked what I wanted to order and I said I already did. I began to tell her I got a blank receipt and would need my items called out, but she walked away without another word. Another team member called out an order number and when no one said anything, I said I didn't have an order number so it might be mine. She just looked at me and set my order down. Customer service is nonexistent. I'm not an entitled Karen expecting service workers to bow down to me, but this is bad. Ignoring people is just lacking basic manners at this point

Just got off work took my daughter to get something to eat. She wanted McDonald’s. When I’m not really a big fan but I ordered the chicken sandwich meal. Everything was fresh. My order was correct.
