Multiple times have gotten my order wrong or flat out left food that I paid for out of my bag. I try to be respectful and understanding, but all I get in return is a rude and disinterested attitude in return. There’s only about 2 workers in there that are actually kind.

I genuinely don’t know how they are still open. I have been waiting for my breakfast order for 45 minutes . . . Every time I come here there’s a problem. They take forever, the doors are locked during open hours, they misunderstand the order and you have to repeat yourself over and over, and they charge you for your food in the most expensive way possible. I don’t know why I ever think I’ll get better service next time I come. Some customer service training is DESPERATELY needed.

ordered a mobile at 1057 the store closes at 12 i arrived around 1102 i was left sitting in line with multiple cars till 1235 the person a young black man with a Mask on would not respond to anyone no one inside even acknowledged us at the intercom after waiting 32 minutes I finally pulled off I am highly upset that type of behavior was unacceptable and inexcusable the store basically closed at 11 earlier than it was supposed to and nobody inside acknowledged all the cars in line when the gentleman in front of me told the worker he had a mobile he already paid for the guy just looked at him at kept doing what he was doing .Its late at night . not only am I not able to get a refund I also am hungry after a 8 hour road trip I feel McDonalds should hire Better people with morals this is just ridiculous Im soo angry and gas isnt cheap to be sitting 30 minutes for nothing

The quarter pounder with cheese meal was delicious, McDonalds has the best French Fries ? ?.
The bathrooms were horrendous. No toilet paper and I had to go to the staff closet myself and find paper towels to use. The lady that took my order was very combative with almost every customer that she spoke to. Will not be going back to the hacks cross location.

Two days in a row I have tried coming here through the drive thru and they will not take your order. I have seen so many cars just leave because they won’t acknowledge that you’re waiting at the speaker. I thought maybe they were closed, but the young lady at the window was just standing there with her headset. I must’ve waited almost ten minutes just sitting there with no service. Unless you have an hour of wait time, I wouldn’t suggest coming here.
