Where should I start!? First off we received our meal almost 15 minutes... I brought the entire bag home. Fed my kids and started to consume my burger and noticed it was extremely COLD!! Patty was half cooked, and my wife Bigmac was made with the smallest/hardest patty imaginable. So I returned to the restaurant to receive a crappie attitude along with more horrible service. Refuse to refund my entire ticket, yet along the unnecessary responses for your lousy mistake. Overall, management and team is the worst in the city. I WILL NEVER RETURN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEW TEAM...

All the lights on at 10pm and nobody inside the building, paid for a drive thru mobile order and nobody answers when I call either. You would think if nobody came to work they would have the courtesy to turn the lights off.

Shaquita (sp?) at the window helped me this morning and was so great! I realized I left my wallet home and she quickly talked me through placing my order as mobile with linked debit through the app. She multitasked by getting other orders together while doing it and managed to not make me feel stupid either lol. Just wanted to shine some light on her today for being so helpful instead of just waving me off which most probably would have done. Thanks Shaquita!
