I didn't buy anything but the manager on duty wasn't knowledgeable for the purpose of my visit. He did ask that I come back later to get help from the general manager.

I had stood in line for close to 45 min waiting on my order 1 employee went on break and stayed hem whole break n i hadnt recieved my order yet ..smh ,the employees there are very unexperienced , ghetto I stood there watching other people order from the kiosk and straight got they order , but I was trynna be patient and kept telling myself my order coming especially when I hear them say they need 2 hot spices 1 lady tried it she brought 1 hot n spices in a bag I say noooooo I order 2 hot spices 1a meal ,a kids meal so I gave the 1 spices chicken back and say jus gimme a refund I will not b returning there ever idc if it's the last restaurant on planet earth fr I'll ride past it

I stopped by the McDonald's on Winchester Rd I had ordered 2 filet of fish , 20 nuggets and a quarter pounder. But when I checked the fish sandwiches they were very old , and I took them back and stated that and was met with the workers having a bad attitude because the fish was old like i cooked them . So when I got my food both sandwiches were missing tartar sauce and cheese at that point I just left the store. Even though it was my money it just wasn't worth it anymore. I will never go back to this location again , sad customer service

I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and one fish sandwich and received three spicy chicken sandwiches. Your staffing has an attitude problem. Everything I come to your business, my order will be messed up ? and the employee has an attitude problem. The young staff is a total mess.

Terrible customer service and was charged for someone else's order, given the wrong change and had a donation to the Ronald McDonald House in error. Tried to resolve with cashier and she told me the total was the same. Tried with 2nd window cashier and that was a bust too. She gave me $2 which wasn't my correct change, then gave me my $10...still wrong. Finally spoke with a manager and was confused too...she ended up giving me another dollar...which was now more money than I was supposed to get back from my actual order.

Food order is hardly ever right , even after placing the orders myself through the mobile app . Nobody seems to take orders on drive thru after a certain time . There should be no reason drive thru is waiting 10 mins before getting a greeting . You call inside the building & ask them are orders being taken in drive thru & they have an attitude on the phone & then when answering the speaker . The only reason I come to this specific drive thru is because it’s close , but at this point I’d rather give my money to someone further away who will appreciate my business. Ohhhhh !! & the constant running out of products …how do you not have a single napkin in the store ? Borrow it from another store before you tell a customer you don’t have any napkins until tomorrow!!
