The cashier was very rude I paid for a birthday party and she would not let us eat or enter because it was you a few minutes before the party did not want to give the card to play games for the children to play or ride the cake was not good I order two and only received one I had to ask for it the bag s I orderThe food was not good.

The actual food that I have is great which they have more options and more selections and also they only had two staff members working which was very difficult to ask for one of them to turn on the television because you didn't want to disturb them due to the fact that they were already overwhelmed with the amount of customers that were coming in.....But all in all I think it's still a great spot to bring your family my kids had a great time and had no problems and all.

Avoid XD theater, most of the seats are broken.I Recommend the lazer tag, staff joins in and it's very fun.Great place for children's parties. (Not a great place if loud noises and flashing lights bother you. There are no quiet spaces.)Kid-friendliness: Great for kids. Security staff is very kid friendly. Expect kids to be running everywhere. But maybe avoid if your kid gets over stimulated easily, as theres no quiet places to help calm down.

I highly recommend to NEVER visit this place please do not waist your time. Once arrival attendant was very nonchalant like she didn’t wanna be at work. Bathrooms were DISGUSTING no soap… stalls had toilet paper all over them & floors and urine in toilets. We were RUSHED to get our pizza because of our arrival time and while finding a location to eat our food they were cleaning tables and sitting the chairs on top of them. Also not to mention they were closing all rides major rides at 9:10PM when they close at 10PM. MAJORITY of the games didn’t work and the card was still being charged. Customer service stated she placed the funds back on the card but they never went back. MY FIRST AND LAST EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. I will never return
