I had stayed there last week when my 2 yr old granddaughter was diagnosed with leukemia at St. Jude's. It was late when I booked & I received a St. Jude rate which was significantly less than standard rate. Parking is very, very convenient. The hotel was very clean (Lobby, floors, elevator, halls & rooms). Security was present & the staff is exceptional. Very kind, thoughtful & helpful. I have since stayed there & will be staying again as I visit in the coming weeks. I am now a happy member! BP

Some food wasn't available at the time of my visit. The Thai wings meal I purchased was a more for less due to price. When ordering a club sandwich certain items were not available to complete such purchase and per a guest suggestion I went with the 12inch pizza which seem better price and worth the visit downstairs. The bar attendant was super attentive and even compensated me for the mishap of not having everything for my first choice. If I had to do over I would rather dine out instead.

Stopped at notes and provisions restaurant to eat breakfast every morning during my stay at the Crowne plaza hotel definitely I think the buffet style breakfast is an awesome idea there could be a few minor little things added to it for the price of $10 but if it continues like it is $7 is a very reasonable fee for people to totally eat up an awesome breakfast and the person that was helping to set things up and serve omelets and take care of people is got a really great personality and she's doing a great job and she totally could succeed with so much more with just a little help and it would be an awesome experience to have again thank you

I had a great experience with Marquita the bartender. The night I was in town the kitchen ran out of a lot of food but she was still friendly fast and polite with all her guest.. I enjoyed the effort she made to please all of us that night was super busy.
I stayed in Memphis for one of my stops during my move across the country. After a 10 hour drive I just wanted to eat and have a glass of wine. Marquita served me and I could not have had a better experience. She was friendly and welcomed me right in! The service alone here was worth the stay.
