I'd placed an order with another company prior to Valentine's Day and they misplaced my order. I was able to walk into this location to TONS of premade towers and balloons. Multiple teammates were working the front counter, greeting customer as soon as they entered the store. Kudos to this location! They definitely hit the mark.

OK I have to tell ya I'm not a big sweet eater but when this company came to San Diego, all the sudden my office mates and I had to go have a little Bundt cake once a week and trust me it's not good for the waist line!!! so when we were in Missouri visiting my mom and I saw nothing Bundt cakes I had to go in there and get four little Bundt cakes! I also stopped at another location. I think it was in Florida and had to get four little Bundt cakes there! I have never been disappointed going into any of these businesses, but this specific business had the sweetest girls behind the counter and that just makes the cakes even sweeter!!! my favorite cake is the white chocolate raspberry and the lemon. It would be a very dangerous situation for me to have one of these near my house!!!! (I did give my mom half of each one of these cakes so I wasn't a piggy )

Staff needs work. When a customer walks in what happened to "hello,welcome"instead of staring like im in the wrong store. Its a bakery be sweet. Its 5 of yall and nobody can speak. Um...other than that cakes are good

Great customer service! Feel good atmosphere! I went to pick up my birthday bundtlet. The young lady at the front took a sincere interest and asked if I'd already celebrated my birthday and what I did! She was very nice and considerate since I was picking up my gift. I wish more stores had greeters like her! She's a keeper! Beautiful smile, too. We need more like her l chose the white chocolate raspberry and would choose it again!

Fantastic cakes! The staff helped me select a cake for a dinner party, we chose the white chocolate raspberry, and everyone at the dinner loved it!! It was so moist, delicious and beautiful. Also the staff was very helpful and professional. I am definitely a fan!!

Stopped in this afternoon to grab two mini Bundt cakes for a friend & was so pleased by the flavor offerings and fabulous customer service. Flavors ranged from fruity (lemon, raspberry, key lime) to rich (chocolate, red velvet) and everything in between.The staff were so sweet and attentive that two people were ringing me up at once! 10/10 recommend.
