Ordered orange chicken and noodle bowl and Beijing beef bowl through the drive through, I get home I have two chicken, the noodles were dried out and the food was not tasty at all, I called the store and they said they could refund me, but driving back down Germantown pky is a nightmare in itself, just get it right the first time people please!!!!!!! Stop wasting the consumers time and money having to come back to get the right order,ijs

I can't say much for the staff that served me today, they didn't really speak much. The meats I got were good enough, however the rice is awful. Huge chucks of ROCK HARD rice. I don't mean the occasional piece, but EVERY bite has hard pieces that are inedible. I know the rice isn't the primary cost in their dishes, but 60% of the food on my plate is going into the trash because it is literally unable to be chewed and swallowed. Sad. Other reviews are the same, low quality food and zero care from staff/management/corporate.

I came to this particular restaurant back in December. The food was OK, but I had a very unpleasant experience inside.. one member of staff in particular was rude and made inappropriate conversation, very unprofessional. Made me uncomfortable. I visited this restaurant from out of town, but this experience alone has me not going back.

Great if you're trying to find something healthier in a hurry. Hated the broccoli beef, strange chewy texture. I stick to veggies and Kung pao chicken.

There was a small wait. The beef tips were tender and paired well with broccoli/mushroom mixed vegetables. The rice was firm. The noodles had a good flavor. The drive through was not crowded.

Food never disappoints. I'm only disappointed that the hrs say 930-930 on Friday but the drive through was closed. It's 10am on the money right now. All good but please update the posted hrs.

This Panda ALWAYS has something going on - the speaker is out, half their menu is gone, they don't greet you for a solid 3-4 minutes... it feels like it's always something lol. Food is hit or miss, but when it hits it's good!

Walked in about an hour and twenty minutes and the front door was locked despite multiple people being inside awaiting orders for there food. I was told the dining hall was closed and wasn't able to order from the inside even though the side door was still open and I was getting mine to go. Definitely have been through their drive through and I have had parts of my order forgotten about a couple of times making me have to go back inside anyway. Definitely a bunch of kids running the place and needs better customer service.
Worst panda express ever. Staff is extremely slow. Doordash says to pick up inside and they lock the doors at like 6pm so you have to wait in an extremely long line. And they only do one order at a time. Need new staff or some write ups to get them to work a little faster and more efficiently.
