We're always looking for a great burger. Pimento's makes an OK burger. The waitress was fantastic. And we don't care for sports bars.I don't imagine we'll go

I’ve always had a very pleasant experience here. The waitress Laquita is always great, ready to be of service and answer any questions about the menu. Everything I’ve gotten to eat and drink has always been delicious as well.

This place is so laid back!! I grabbed a drink and some apps with a buddy of mine the other day and it was so chill. We had the charcuterie board and it was sensational!! Fresh cheeses, meats, bacon jam, pretzel, and a scoop of their famous pimento cheese! Incredible combinations of flavors including peppers and pickle slices. There is also live music which made it even more special.Fast, friendly service from the bartender made the experience top shelf. I can’t wait to go back!

Walking in we were greeted by a non smiling old woman who said how many. I did like the atmosphere though. The food- a sad excuse for a Philly cheesesteak. For 15 dollars I received the equivalent of a cup of meat on a huge breaded bun with some jalapeño sauce. My wife got the pimento burger. She had to take the top bun off because too much bread. The quality of food for the price is sad! Would highly not recommend!!

This place never disappoints. Appetizers are a must. The thinly cut spears of pickles deep fried are a win! We love the pimento cheese options. The salads are huge. The pasta was delish and enough for a Togo box. You really just can't go wrong here. The funnel cake fries were a big hit for the table!

Great menu variety, something for everyone. Salads are big and fresh. Burger was very enjoyable and the housemade chips are delicious and crunchy.

The restaurant was understaffed as one server handled a large party and one the rest of the seating area, but the server did great despite being overloaded. Pimiento was delicious, especially the jalapeño. The loaded fry burger was amazing. Would definitely come again if in the area.Kid-friendliness: There is a bar, but the dining area is mostly separate from it

We just moved to the area back in the second quarter of the year and started going to Pimentos for Music Bingo. I loved the charcuterie board, the hot wings and the custom burger best.(My apologies about saying they were closed previously! I thought this was about the Collierville location.)Vegetarian options: There are a number of options for vegetarians, more than just salads.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly even during Bingo and Karaoke. Staff and customers were always nice.Parking: Parking could get tight for events but by and large, you will have no trouble finding a spot.Wheelchair accessibility: Pimentos is on first floor with no stairs or inclines to consider. Very accessible.Dietary restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions, they are pretty accommodating and even offer featured items like a Keto bowl or bunless sandwiches among other offerings.

The 2 stars are specifically for the 2 that served me with excellence. They were amazing. Ty & JP were Amazing!! Thorough & informative. I couldn't ask for more. I only stopped in because the location next door was overly booked & I was hungry. I've lived & worked in the service industry for over a decade in Memphis & never knew that this was locally owned! Their PR guy needs to step his game up! IG is saaaad. This is a beautiful space with excellent service employees but it needs to be more entertaining to compete with bars close by. Music & karaoke are excellent investments. Food is yummy too. Burgers & sliders...keto bowl is divine. Just needs more ambiance. And the name is misleading. Very "Perkins" vibe.

Came in for the first time, as we were excited to try something new... Sadly our excitement was dashed at the door. No one was there to greet us. Only a cold sign stating to sit anywhere. Sadder still, no staff was in sight as the restaurant was fairly empty. Then there was the wait.... We waited, and waited for some sign of staff to magically appear. Then after 15+ minutes a kind woman came to our table and immediately apologized for nobody coming sooner. We made our order, and surprisingly our meals came out quickly, more than expected. Then more sadness invaded our table. Our meals were warm at best. I ordered the Sunrise Burger, which in its defense was tasty. My wife had Grilled Salmon, which she stated was spiced well, but the side of vegetables were out-right cold. All in all, a clean place with lack of staff for service and timelines. But the food should be served hot, especially this time of year. It's mid-October after all and 59 degrees that night.
