My cheese pizza BARELY had any cheese on it, too the point that it was brown instead of white (which is caused by the sauce burning because it's not covered up enough by cheese). So, if you ever order just a plain cheese pizza, pay the extra dollar or so to make it an EXTRA cheese pizza, or else it won't taste good. ?

Me and my family decided to order take out 1/7/24 this restaurant use to be the best pizza hut ever but we were so disappointed the dasher brought our food and it was horrible, cold and missing toppings that we ordered asked for bone in wings didnt get any wings or my fries called the Dasher she stated she was only given the pizzas!!!I paid nearly $75 for pizza and wings and fries!!! I called the store nothing was done asked for the district manager number was put on hold for 25-30 minutes I just hung up, called the next day no answer!!!!!

The people who work here are very friendly and care about service both front and back. The food was fresh and one thing that typically happens when you order stuff crust is the crust appears to look like something out of a horror film. The crust was perfect. I am not sure when this place opens but they deserve a new building or remodel.

I place an order yesterday online and the three pizzas were ok. The breadsticks were so tough to eat they got thrown away. I never received the chicken wings she stated she didn’t have time to make them and the manager when she decides to show up I will get a refund. I won’t be back. I will take my chances in Bartlett.
