This was probably one of the best pizza melts I’ve ever had. Great food and the person helping me (I think her name was Angeline) was the sweetest person. A very friendly and positive spirit and made my day just talking with her. Would recommend this location to everyone.

I love Pizza Hut pizza!!! However, it always takes awhile to get it, longer than told. I don’t fuss or complain. I’m usually the cool one in the corner cracking jokes. Often, Other people feed off your energy so if I was acting rudely others would too. I often pray for patience so I humbly wait knowing I just got off work so let me just chill for a minute. (I normally order on my way home from work .)At least I know it will be hot and fresh!

One star only because Google won't let you post without it...Never received my pizza time shown was 9:44 pm which is about 60 minutes from time ordered at 8:49pm. I have a screenshot to prove it. The site then changed to 95 min delivery time but did not update the time online. I called at 10:56pm well past the 95 min mark and got a call center. The man on the line said he had a number of calls for the same issue and I would have to go to local store to complain. Before I could tell him I was medically unable to go to the location, he transferred me to a "supervisor" because "I" did not understand him, and just as the line answered, it hung up. When I called back, the automated voice said the center was closed. This is completely unprofessional. I will be making a complaint through ALL channels and will contact my bank to make sure to stop payment. I found out the location was closed at 11pm and probably before. This is fraudulent and the location should be shut down permanently and all employees fired....Screw customers, screw you too.

I have not ordered from here in over a year, due to service & quality of food. My daughter lives in Southaven & she orders from Pizza Hut & I was at her house the last 2 times she ordered. It was soooo good. I decided to try them out again at my house, DISAPPOINTED. Ordered a diet drink, it was regular. Pizza was tasteless & cold. Had to call twice to check on order, was hung up on the first time. I spent $35 on a specialty, 1 topping & cinnamon sticks that my 5 year old said looked too nasty to eat.

Placed an online delivery order for 7:19. An hour & 15mins pass, still no pizza. Called the store & the guy said there had been a “mishaps” with the delivery guy & that my pizza was still at the store. He also stated that they would remake it fresh & have it delivered for free. It’s been an hour since I’ve spoken to him & I still haven’t received a pizza. That’s two hours since my original order. Please do not order from here.
Order was completely screwed up, one order of wings never came, one order was suppose to be boneless mild, came in traditional stupid HOT, my kids mouths were burned, very dissappointed, the pizza, however, was good....maybe PIZZA Hut should just stick to

We ordered delivery online and after waiting a while pulled it back up only to see it showed pick up. When my husband got home, the pizza was cold, wrong, and not cut all the way. We ordered a meat pizza and got a thin crust pizza with onions, banana peppers, pineapple, and a ton of oregano. So disappointing ?. Pizza Hut used to be so much better.

2 hours after ordering and no update or delivery when the order said 45-55 mins for delivery. No answer on the phone after 15 calls. Apparently it is to be expected at this store looking at other reviews. Thankfully Marco’s was able to get us a pizza in the 11th hour. See ya never, Hut.

Door dash called & stated that the delivery will not be processed, due to the store not having order ready. When contacting the store, the manager was confused & can be heard yelling at someone. When my order finally arrived, it was cold & appeared to have been dropped or the pizza slid to one side of the box.

I love this Pizza Hut location!! They always have the food ready when they said they will, and the staff are super friendly! This is my go-to pizza place specifically because of the great people that work here! Bertie (sp?) was the acting manager tonight and she was very quick and efficient. Highly recommended!
