Its getting two stars because of the red beans and rice and the blackened grilled chicken sandwich. Both were good.But the original chicken in the 8pc meal was very bland. No spices what so ever.

It was raining and the floor was slippery. No caution signs were put out, they were just stacked by the entrance. The associate was very nice.

we had two orders on the app to pickup through drive-thru. after already spending $20-$30 we pulled up to the inside being closed just for the girl on the speaker saying “we aren’t accepting any orders right now” we explained that we had a online order and she repeated herself rudely. mind you the store was supposed to close at 10 and we pulled up at 9:12 she told us we had to cancel the orders.

Came here to use the free Honey Lemon Pepper Wings with a $10 purchase from the app and the lobby was locked and closed. Once the order cleared in the app I went to the drive through and got smart mouthed by the cashier but the food was good and once I got my order in everything was good. They even unlocked the door around 11:55.
I ordered 3 boxes of 6 piece wings with sauces on the side .my husband did not look and I did not look. I trusted he knew and it would be right. They stapled the bag shut too ! It was a paper bag. It’s not a delivery order so I didn’t get that. They gave us 1 box with 12 wings in it and 1 box with 6 wings in it because it was a different flavor than the other 12. These were for 3 different people. Why can’t Popeyes just follow the instructions???? If I wanted 12 I would have ordered 12!!!! It’s not okay to lead to your own understanding. People don’t want your hands even with the napkins all in their box to take out your half. Then what they gone eat them in??? Then they did not put no ranch in the bag. Slow down and give us what we order. And if you out of chicken sandwiches out that in the app so we won’t have to pay for something we can not get like we did last week. SMH…. Then have to tie up money reaching out to customer support in the app. I don’t appreciate that!!!!

Please remove the open and closing times from your doors and website. This location never opens or closes when the sign states. Or just put up signs saying we mite open and close at this time. It’s truly frustrating to come at 10:45 and they are not open when the sign states they open at 10.

This is a horrible Popeye's location. The drive thru is slow, the workers are rude, the drive thru speaker is barely audible, and they routinely have the doors locked forcing you to go through the drive thru. The service at this location has declined drastically over the years. A lot of these issues are carrying over from the COVID pandemic, they just never bothered to return to normal business operations. If the location wasn't convenient to work I'd never come here. It would be better to come to the location inside the mall, which isn't too far from here. They're typically not as busy, and you can get in and out much faster.
