This store was day functional. I saw new people walking around. I saw employees with no hairnet and weave down their butt. The only saving grace you have was Mrs Diajheryl, The young man with braids and the older gentleman cook. They are the only ones I saw working. I would've went Karen on this store but I really felt bad for those three they were honestly trying ... Corporate you really need to give these three people major praise and staff better during promotions They had lines. It could've gotten ugly

I walked to the open the Lobby door and The Lobby door is locked. Drive thru, the staff lying says system is down to all the customers. I tell them its a DoorDash order. Its been 30 minutes.Running away ALL THE CUSTOMERS. I end up just canceling. This staff & location is horrible. Why come to work, if you are not going to work.
