I visited Railgarten today for the first time. My friends and I are visiting Memphis to celebrate a friend's birthday and we stopped to get drinks and snacks. I was terribly disappointed in the rude service that we received. When I went to pay my tab, I requested that I be shown an itemized list of what I was buying. The bartender asked her manager to provide an itemized list for me and stated, "I guess she doesn't want to pay her bill." She said this right in front of my face. Her manager didn't even acknowledge the comment and walked away. I found this extremely insulting. After I was provided a breakdown of my purchases, I clarified that I wasn't trying to avoid paying my bill. The bartender and I had a few back-and-forth exchanges and never once did she apologize for her comment that was completely out of line. I believe that it is every customer's right to have a copy of their receipt, especially if they request it. They should also not be insulted in the process of this request. I will most certainly never enter this establishment again and I will tell everyone I know to do the same.

Sunday crew acted like they hate their jobs. Interacted with about 4 different people there and they all seemed super miserable. Idk if something happened recently or if they just had a long night Saturday and wanted the day off Sunday. Everyone just had a similar grumpy and irritate vibe. Or maybe annoyed with the amount of kids that were there. But it does have a playground so yes we bring our kids.. have liked this restaurant in the past but was unimpressed on Sunday.

We went on a Thursday night. We were charged $5 each. Although we only heard 1 song b4 the band stopped playing. The food selection is very small. Maybe 10 items. I ordered the chicken sandwich and my friend ordered the fish po boy. We sat outside. The atmosphere was nice but there were 2 cats that kept coming to our table. They were not shy. When we tried to shooo them away they stood their ground. One even jumped on the table next to us. When we complained the manager got an attitude and said she would see what she could do. After abt 10 minutes she called the cats over and fed them. But when they finished eating they came back to our table. When we complained again, we were told that they were bar cats and that they lived there. I personally do not think cats should be in any kind of restaurant. Even if it is outside. Some of the customers had dogs but cats with no owner are different. It was the managers attitude for me. Like the cats belong there and we didn't. Especially after paying 2 get in and spending over $70 on food and drinks. I will not be back.

First time here while visiting the city and I had a great experience in a great environment. Staff were all helpful, friendly and had great attitudes when helping the customers. Guests were enjoying many different sections of the venue and all sections of the property seemed family friendly. This is a very unique gem!

The Farmer was always been a long time favorite restaurants so I went to celebrate my birthday and was very disappointed that they changed their menu. They no longer offer deviled eggs, greens, mac and cheese, sloppy Joe and patty melt. The server explained they're changing to more of a bar menu which is not the food we prefer to eat. We almost left but decided to stay and eat but the food really wasn't worth it. We ordered Fried catfish platter and the veggie plate. Very disappointed in our dinner! We live in the neighborhood but won't be back unless they bring back some of the classics they were known for.

We didn’t drink or eat, went for Lucky 7 Brass Band. Great vibe, plenty of room to dance.

We went to see School of Rock Cordova house band here. Great venue for live music. The music was great with a great atmosphere. This place is a must for live music.

They have Amazing food for Brunch (The Post Roast, it's my favorite) The Pork Chops are delicious also ! And service was great. I just wish they bring the rolls back. But anyway, I'll definitely be back again.

Had outdoor fire pits the night we were there. One of the employees worked to ensure our fire was going well before he moved on. Great atmosphere.

We had reservations at 11:00AM on Sunday and NOBODY opened the restaurant. There was no signs posted or information available on their Facebook page notifying guests of their closure. We sat in an empty parking lot for about 20 minutes and tried the door several times. We tried calling multiple times as well. Very unprofessional.

Brought the kids to play outside before dinner and it was just dirty from the night before. On the playground alone there were several crushed up cans and a table with dirty cups and empty cans. There were condiments on the ground and several things we had to stop the kids from picking up. I ordered my drink ($9 on the menu) and food separately. Just handed over my card, didn’t see a receipt or hear a price (my fault there). Just checked my bank account and was charged $14.59 for a $9 drink. Food was good though!
