Visiting Memphis went from great to absolutely wonderful when I checked out Rawgirls! They have this amazing vegan French Lentil soup that will fill you up in no time and the flavors won’t disappoint at all! This vegan shop sells only vegan foods, which is essential when you’re in a BBQ city, and is in need of something healthy to eat. With their juice, salad, pasta, and soup options, your body will thank you for providing it with all clean ingredients!! I love Rawgirls for existing for the health conscious community that grows every day and will definitely grow more and more with the flavor filled options this lovely vegan place is providing!

I love this wonderful little Vegan shop in the Heart of Downtown Memphis! The hot soup called Curry Dahl is literally the best! They give samples to give you a sneak peak before you decide on what you want and I love that!! My favorite is their mung pasta and taco salad! And the vegan cheesecake is absolutely delicious which is the best sweet healthy thing you’ll ever consume! I’ll be back for more Rawgirls!!

There are a handful of things I really enjoy from their menu: the chaga chocolate espresso, the sweet potato salad, the oatmeal cookie, and the pumpkin chili are all really good. I've done the 10 day lemonade detox with them before. A problem that I have is that I can't figure out of they're organic or not. I don't mind if oranges or lemons aren't, tough skins. But greens, beets, oatmeal, coffee, whats the story on these? I was blocked on Facebook once for asking. I would have liked to know before investing big money into more cleanses in the future- why drink non-organic pesticide produce for a week, defeats the purpose of health, ya know?

Too bad 0 stars isn't an option bc these people are ridiculous. I used to be a weekly customer bc they were so wonderful at first. But now they raise the prices all while giving you less ingredients...the salads taste like you're eating straight grass bc of how little toppings and dressing they give you, they refuse to replace soured juices and will actually ask you not to order from them anymore if you complain about anything. Horrible customer service when things don't go their way. Support at your own risk!!!

My daughter was told to never buy from them again by the owner because a jar of broth didn’t taste right and she asked to return it. She would have been happy to exchange or however they wanted to handle it. There were a few times that juices also were not good and they did exchange or refund those but this time they just asked her not to buy from them anymore. This is someone who was spending at least $300-$500 per week. Not good business etiquette if you ask me.

They are money hungry and greedy, I've spent thousands with them and when I get juice or anything else that has spoiled they act like there is no way and go on the defensive!! Over priced product for the poor service and lack of customer appreciation...

This place is my favorite. You'd never guess they were gluten free. Their juices are delicious as are their smoothies. Their desserts are also UNREAL!!!!! Highly recommend. I go every time I'm in Memphis.
