So this is an honest review. I came to this place not know what to expect. This was my first time in Memphis for work and the guys and I decided to try this place out. Greg was very welcoming in and warming. Very professional. Customer service was was on 100. We then had lello was also amazing and very professional. Hookah was great, atmosphere and music was also amazing. If you in town check them out. Very hospitable!

My first time going to this Hookah Bar and my first time with a hookah! When we walked in we were promptly greeted. The person told us to sit wherever we would like and we told him it was our first time visiting. He explained to us how everything worked and we ordered. When the hookah came out we told him we didn't know what to do he was very very patient and explained how to do it and the concept. He did a really wonderful job! He checked back in with us several times to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything.

I'm sad to see how bad this place has become since the change of management post-pandemic. The new people have no clue what they're doing in terms of making hookahs. The hookah lacks flavor now and it's very poorly made. We tried the same flavors that we used to love before and they all taste bad. It's heavily overpriced now. I can totally make better hookahs at home and have resorted to doing exactly that now. Memphis once again lacks an authentic Mediterranean hookah place.

Cool hookah lounge, with comfy sofas to settle in while blowing some smoke, the chill music and dimmed lighting create a relaxing atmosphere. I got a mint-lemon hookah and a tea pot, their hookah was good and lasted for hours. I would go back.

This is by far the best hookah bar in Memphis. Great prices, great flavors. Their tea, coffee, smoothies are amazing too. Perfect atmosphere for studying, working, or chilling with friends. The staff are extremely nice and friendly as well. Come and you will not be disappointed.
