Overall, the rolls were good. It was Not enough ginger and Wasabi for the number of rolls I purchased. The sweet tea was watered down and was not sweet. I had Cucumber rolls and purple sweet potato rolls. They were good!

It's a very calm clean relaxing place to have lunch ... I ordered the Pho and sushi rolls ?The Pho is a noodle soup ? which you can add meatball, meats and also vegetable sprouts..Parking: At the corner of Summer@ mendenhall I'm not sure if the parking lot is shared with the grocery store or if it's all connectedBut I believe they do HAVE parking in the back

Had a delicious lunch here today. The fish was beautiful and fresh. I had the Tokyo Roll, Rainbow Roll and Tuna Sashimi. Of the 3, the Rainbow was my fav but it was all very good. Our server was very attentive and had a lovely attitude. She was running the whole floor so her attention to us really meant alot. Look forward to dining here again next time Im in East Memphis.

Best sushi in Memphis hands down. Fresh quality ingredients. The Salmon Skin roll is absolutely the best ever. Dragon roll amazing. Salmon crudo was fabulous. We also had the fried cheesecake which was a great dessert. If you want delicious sushi come to Ryu.
Spicy beef soup broth with pho Tai. I've had better but it definitely wasn't bad. I'd give it a 6.5 7. Broth was not as flavorful and really oily also was lacking beef. Other places I go to give you way more than 3 pieces of beef. If someone suggested to come here for pho I would come back for them but not on my own terms.

First time ever going and it won’t be the last. The place is extremely nice on the inside and is quiet (i enjoyed that). The menu options are great and the Pho Nam is very delicious. If you were ever looking for sushi try the Firecracker roll it’s so Delicious! Our server was very pleasant and gave us the time we needed to order. The wait time wasn’t long and everything was fresh. I enjoyed my experience and will be going back.
