Very bad customer service, my order was called in , said 25 min wait , waited longer , just to get to the counter and they done gave my food away , didn’t offer no compensation, just to wait another 25 min , won’t see me ever again! Just Rude! Do Better with next person!

Update: 07/14/2023: order some food for me and my partner today..expensive online but food was very good as always..haven't been there in so long and I see why..the atmosphere is not too pleasant..short tempered customers ready to go off on you just because you're picking up an order in which I had to wait over an hour to get..ppl standing there to the side like you gonna know that they haven't ordered and talking mess to another one...yea that's why I never make more trips there on annually...Memphis too ghetto for me...Went there today (11-12-2018)...ordered shrimp lo mein, butterfly shrimp with bacon, two egg rolls, gallon of sweet tea with cokes and water...gotta say for the money you get a lot food was off the hook..eggs rolls huge never had em that huge but so GOOD! I will definitely be returning.....
